    Say that again Mr. Councilman… “it’s far better for the city…to be the owner of these vacant buildings…get them into our inventory…to reshape the neighborhood.” Hmm.

      It is better for everyone in the city that this roach motel is no longer a squat for sex workers and drug dealers. Have you ever walked by this place? Better now in the city's inventory than in whoever's inventory it was before.
