Many Thanks John 🙏 🎄 We really enjoyed building and racing these cars as well. After almost a year my Maserati is well past 5000 laps and only getting better. Only overheated the motor once, let her cool down and back to shredding 💪🤣
@GoldCountySRA - Wow, these Historic kits from Penelope Lane look like a great deal especially considering the great looks and performance! Which chassis are you guys using - SMJ or PP-ICOMP?
@bryandickerson5365 They really are great cars, tons of fun...highly recommended. One member in our club and 10+ now 😝 You do have to paint/assemble but well worth it 👍 We are generally sticking to the SMJ to reduce variance in performance. They run very well and the slim can could always be swapped out for a Scaley, Policar or ScaleAuto motor.
We run the class as Spec but there are minor changes allowed in all our racing classes. We change the guides to Sloting Plus wood guides. Some guys are using axle stops instead of the front axle sleeve that was provided. Tyres get glued and trued. That's it 👍🏁
Great video
Thanks Buddy 🙏
I copied this video and sent it out to our club members here in the Greater Boston area. We love racing this class of cars. Merry Christmas to all.

I love those cars! Any modifications done to the original delivered parts from Pendle?
