DIY Elastic Strap Keepers

The new tonneau cover I installed on my truck has some straps to keep it rolled up. The tail of the strap would end of flopping around in the wind and hanging down and soaking up water from the floor of my bed liner, so I made some strap tail keepers out of some elastic. This keeps the tails of the straps tidy and can be easily adjusted.
While I used a sewing machine, you could realistically sew these by hand as well.
