how do you remove the hopper for cleaning? It seems to need a special tool. mine came with a complimentary fly trapped underneath it lol

There are 3 options for the strength of the coffee. Between these are 8 and 11 gramms also options?

Is the Saeco Intuita same machine? I have had that one for about 4 years and it's still working like new!

yes, The Naviglio is the same as the Saeco Intuita model. This model was transferred to Gaggia from Saeco. They are both sister companies.

I have an issue where the milk frother wont stop even after it is supposed to switch to brewing the espresso. It continues to release steam and water and just skips the espresso step

When I power the machine the two coffee cups buttons blink for a few seconds and then the red lamps start to blink. The other buttons do not react.

It seems like a problem with the heating element. It is failing when it begins to heat.
