      Very interesting video!
      I just got one of those and I am having hard time getting it work.
      At first one of the levers at the brewing group was out of place. Fixed this.
      Now the four red lights blink after turning on. Tried the turn off as suggested in the user manual, but no success.
      I performed the tests as you guide in your video and everything seems fine but one- I think there is no hot water coming from the steam pipe.
      Can you please advise what I need to do to get the Gaggia work?

      I have an issue with the grinder, Nothing moves at the grinder test. So i guess the grinder is out of order. Can't make cafe anymore. I've tried to call you thousands of times, sent you emails... No replies ! I don't know what to do with it anymore !

    I own Gaggia Naviglio Milk. I have an issue that's not covered here. My espresso dispensing doesn't stop - water keepscoming till I manually intervene by pressing the espresso button.

    Hi, I have the 4 blinking red lights when I try to make coffee, so I ran the test and I figured that my grinder isn't working anymore. Just cleaned it but it's still not working. How could I fix this please ?

    Bonjour, en restant 5 secondes sur la chauffe, l’eau reste froide ! Est-ce qu’il faut rester appuyé plus longtemps ?

    I am so grateful for this guide, my gaggia naviglio just stopped working today and i went through all these steps only to find out my boiler has been fried. I was doing a descaling when suddenly it stopped working at 2nd cycle. After that, all red lights where blinking. Needless to say my naviglio is only 11 months old. This is very saddening for a machine this expensive to break down in just 11 months. I hope it will get covered by warranty.

    I am not getting steam out of steam wand nor milk through the outlet in my Gaggia naviglio but steam is coming out through the brew unit side door. The espresso machine was not used for the last two years or so. But decal light is not glowing. What should I do now? Can anyone suggest some solution for this issue please? Since I am in India, there is not much Service network for Gaggia in chennai.

    Very good video, but i have a PROBLEM. The water light won’t go out and I’ve cleaned the machine, topped up with water. Lately, the speed of water coming through the new unit has been greatly reduced. Could you please advise me what the problem is? Thank you.

    Hi, very interesting video. I have 4 blinking red lights on my Naviglio and during the test mode I could not get any hot water. I suppose I need to get it to service to change the heater? Thanks

      Yes. That could be issue. Unfortunately our service centre is currently closed.

    Hi, how can i count the coffees I made? I mean 500 coffee is very very much...for lubrication

      The Naviglio cannot give you a count. On the Magenta and Cadorna it is visible tot the user.

    My Gaggia keeps dispensing water. When having pushed the short espresso I have to manually push it again to stop it! Is that a serious fault?

      You can program each of the buttons. have you tried that. You need keep the button pressed and when it flashes, it is in its programming mode. press the button when you have reached the qty you want. Check the manual.

    Of course everyone is going to face issues with the grinder settings - its at the end of the video and he literally says nothing to fix it. Planned obsolescence
