How about when the descaling cycle doesnt work properly? It dispenses water out the steam wand, stops, about 30 seconds go buy and and it shoots water our wand again while hot water light is on. Just repeats forever until the tank is out of H2O and all lights go on until I restart the machine. Any ideas?

So how do you reset the electrical warning the triangle warning light, how do you reset that?

When I power my machine on I get two blinking green buttons in the middle and, after failing to prime / rinse., it changes to four LEDs blinking red and machine remains inoperable. I went through this test and only thing I notice is that I can only get water to come out of the steam wand but not the dispensing chamber. Is this the issue? I never saw you actually get water out of the dispensing chamber so not sure if it's even possible during test mode.

To have water flowing out from dispensing spout, there are two things: First trigger the EV (2nd button), and then move brew head to work position (either button 4 or 5), if brew head not at work position, water will either shoots out from water spout out to drip pan at bottom.

I have this problem too, sending email to see if they have an answer, I think it's the boiler, but don't know how to troubleshoot that far down into the machine.
