Issue/Concern of the unit: the remote control is not working on the aircon, it seems like it is not connected on the unit.
the troubleshooting steps have performed regarding the issue: I had an aircon technician come to clean my aircon but after they cleaned my aircon, the remote is still not working/connected on the aircon unit. I also replaced the battery of the remote with a new one but the problem is still there and still same.
so after the technicians left, I tried to search on youtube for some tutorials, I found this youtube channel of yours named "Samsung HVAC" and followed your nstructions and inputted the codes on my remote, but right after inputting all the codes that's instructed in that youtube video there's an error C1 and 63 blinking in the aircon unit AND there is NO wind coming out of the aircon, no coldness, no air, nothing at all. I already tried to cancel/deactivate the auto-clean using the remote many times but nothings seems to be working since the remote is not working/connected to the aircon. It seems like the codes instructed in the youtube tutorial is for a different model of aircon, in short, wrong code.
I think what I need now is the right code for my aircon's model. please help me.
