Imagine you're intimate with your partner in your own bedroom and a random guy in AC company's cloud control centre or an unethical hacker is notified what are you doing 😢

You need to do vacum and follow the pipe instructions. This is r32 freon, so you need perfect flaring and thick pipe, and you need to cover the outdoor from the sun. it is expensive but worth it..

You have voltage issue and for gas leakage I think that is probably from the outdoor unit compressor discharge pipe if you got the older manufacturing unit. The old one has a huge design flaw which cause the pipe to burst because of heavy vibration. Can you tell me the exact reason what happened?

Don't buy Samsung AC. Samsung AC is good, but the after-sales service is a nightmare! My AC has not been working since 15 days, and Samsung hasn’t resolved the issue. The compressor broke in just 3 yrs. They don’t have a replacement compressor for my unit, even though it’s still under warranty and only 3 years old. Samsung isn’t honouring its warranty promises. Very disappointed!
