Interesting variety of answers and nuance. Much more than I expected. Great video.
One of the things I've learned from this channel is how much of a generational divide there is. Older Palestinians tend to be much more philosophical, don't really care about the conflict, just want peace and freedom. Younger Palestinians are much more aggressive in their stance, claim that all Israelis need to leave, that they own all of the land all the way to the sea.
I attribute this to the educational system; I think there was a shift in the way Palestinian students were taught about the conflict starting in the mid 90s and those who went to school after that tend to think differently.
That is due to brainwashing they are submitted in schools of Gaza and Judea-Samaria, including teachers from UNRWA teaching them to hate Israelis. They learn from very young age that they have to hate Israelis. The most aggressive ones are recruited by Hamas and PIJ from the age of 13-14 and are trained to become terrorists. The teachers work close to Hamas and PIJ.
Muslims in Afghanistan and Iran were also secularized before
But the same goes for the Israelis. The older generation is more progressive while the younger one is more right wing tending to radicalism. Probably as a response to the Palestinian mentality, but still.
You should see it on the Zionist side….. every generation of Zionist is much more extreme than the previous one. In Israel, the extremists lead and the mainstream will follow

We have a right to live in a democratic country that respects all of the people of the land and we deserve prosperity and peace. At the end of the day majority just want to live in peace and have a future for their children. War is a dead end road and only destroys a people to its core.
The Israeli citizens on the bus in Jerusalem just wanted to live in peace, a pregnant woman was shot in the abdomen and the man was shot in the neck, eight others were hurt. What did those people do to deserve being shot at? Israelis want to live safely and in Peace.

I was expecting this video to be an effort to demonize and blame the Palestinians for the hatred that exist in Palestine. I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. It was an honest and fair video. More videos like this will bring about a better understanding between the two sides.

I visited both israel and palesting last month. I met thr kindest isrealis and palestinians. I think its between the government but both the community or civillians are amazing people. When i was in tel aviv, lots of israelis were warm to me same goes when i met some palestinians in jerusalem they were warm and sweet too. I love both of them. Hope they would resort to peace someday.

Very thoughtful answers from the interviewees. Starting an interview with such a loaded question is a dubious way to approach these people, but they responded to the question admirably.
@1957villa Hey, I just found this channel recently myself. I've probably come across some of the videos before, but never subbed if I did watch any. Since I'm new and it took a couple vids for me to "get it," I'll explain what I know in case you're in the same boat I was recently.
This is a totally non-partisan, non-corporate/gov't/mainstream media sponsored project where there is an open request for people from anywhere in the world to submit questions they would like asked and of whom/which religious group or ethnic identity. Then the filmer goes out, often with a translator, explains the project to people on the streets in various communities in Israel and finds people willing to participate and share their responses openly and (usually) honestly. He does not create the questions, he merely asks them as they are submitted. There's some vids with very loaded questions for Jews or Israelis as well. He merely asks and records their responses, sometimes engaging a bit for clarity and at times dialogue, but mostly just gets the responses and why they believe or feel XYZ. The purpose of The Ask Project, as I comprehend it, is to engage with people across Israel and from all backgrounds to give responses to questions people around the world have for those in this tiny land under such political and religious tension, and let the people speak for themselves rather than have talking heads reading from scripts they've been given pontificating on "news" shows. So if a question seems "loaded" or biased, that is how it was posed and submitted, not what the interviewer came up with himself, and some people do submit questions that are meant to be provacative, ostensibly to either "get a rise" out of respondents or just see how they respond or resist and react.

thats right when i visited places like east Jerusalem you can see the hatred and resentment in their eyes but that is understood given the ongoing oppression and abuse they go through

Thanks for these videos, really appreciated. This is actually so sad. As from the previous video to this one You can clearly see humanity in both sides of the Israelies and Palestinians... Seems both sides condemn the Leadership which is pulling them apart and although the citizens feel empathy towards each other they somehow seem to be dragged in the middle of a fight to choose. 😪 These 10 is clearly directed at the Political interference Not the people.

I visited Israel, Jordan, and a quick West Bank trip this summer and I have to say that the Palestinian living conditions are pretty terrible relative to Israeli living conditions. I'm not blaming anyone, I am saying that with such stark contrast it is easy for certain groups to foment hate and violence amongst the lower status Palestinians. In Jordan the difference between the Palestinians and other groups isn't so great

They could have had a state with East Jerusalem as their capital more than 10 years ago and turned that down. The Palestinians should vote out their leadership - except Abbas is in his close to 20th year of a 4 year term. The aid money they receive from UNWRA is partially used to fund their education system to hate Jews. They purchase cement to build terror tunnels rather than negotiate peace and build a country. Why is it there was peace after WW 2. Most of Western Poland was German land, Hungary lost 70 percent of its land and the list goes on in other parts of the world. Corey’s video only confirms this; the older generation said in general they don’t hate Israelis and inferred they want peace while the younger generation all hate Israelis due much in part to their education. Their school books openly teach hate, Palestinians who murder Israelis are praised and their families receive payments for life. Israel policies are perfect but they’ve built a thriving country which also fuels Palestinians hate. Palestinians hold themselves back more than Israel does - Israel is a convenient excuse for them. I live in the US and I don’t think we have any idea what it’s like to live in a country surrounded by enemies 24/7. There will be peace when Palestinians love their children more than they hate Israelis - Golda Meir said this 50 years ago and it’s still valid today.

But then Palestine was intruduced by the romans, as an anti Semitic term to kick Jews out of Israel after the bar kochba revolt, and then revived by the British as "The British Mandate of Palestine".
