    Love this video. I use complexes for the middle and high school athletes I work with. I believe they have the potential to really move the needle and make for a very efficient use of limited training time.

    how many sets you would do on this complexes?

      3-5 sets typically at a challenging weight, with 3-4 sets to build up to that weight
