One of the primary and consistent uses is as an anti-inflammatory. The second (wide leaf and with large flower heads is “Dock” which also has many uses both traditionally and in modern applications as well.

    in this area?

    • @Farmerforfun
      @Farmerforfun  Год назад +13

      Hi there, pre fab would totally be allowed! I work with a few trusted builders and I just had a quote for a similar ruin rebuild two weeks ago, a 30m2 build would cost €20,000, the same builder said that if a higher spec finish was to be implemented it could raise costs to €25,000 / €30,000. This pricing includes bathroom, all the fittings, shower, sink, toilet etc. kitchen, electrics, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, walls, doors, windows. it doesn’t include heating (I would suggest a wood burner to be honest), it also doesn’t include a septic tank, but I had one quoted a short while ago at 1,200, price including the tank and the installation.
      That should hopefully give you an idea, if you have any other questions please let me know! 💕 😊 💕

    That property would be perfect if it was over 3 hectares. Joe, I was not a huge fan of yours, but then I watched the episode from OK Portugal on the killing of your turkey, I could see in your face that was nothing you took lightly, and you gave those birds a caring humane death, I have so much respect for you and your process, Thank you!!

      Hi! A house, you can see this by the fireplace… Animal barns didn’t have fireplaces 😁 💕 Did you like the land?

      What sort of size would you be after? We just added a gorgeous 10 hectare farm to our website, with a large lake at the boundary - €75,000 with two buildings!
