A month ago i fell in love with HTC Desire HD.. I was told that this masterpiece would be available in Norway in November. A couple of days ago i call to hear if it was possible to order it and i got the message that i had to wait another freaking month due to a delay... I reacted by smashing my old Nokia into the wall and now I have no phone at all for a month. Fail.
How i can close applications?... u know, if u hold the "home" gonna appears all ur oepn apps... how i can close them?... in the "xperia tipo" u only need move them to one side... but here?

i got an iphone 16 gbs and since day one this phone has given me nothing but issues. first of all ppl can hear my call waiting tone. the i cant use speaker phone i have to hold my phone close to my lips when i speak which negates the point of speaker phone i went to the apple store and all they could do well offer silly apologies. i am done with the iphone and moving to the htc phones tried and tested it and i feel they offer me so much more and no had no issues.
@CR7ization I'm pretty sure the "HD7" will have a better cam when they eventually make it :P but for now desire HD seems to have the top of the line HTC spec cam (I Think)
@TwiceBF Im using the desire, in the "people" app, when u click on a unsynced contact, on the top right corner of the profile there's a "link" button to manually sync it to a auto suggested facebook profile of someone matching the name from ur fb friends list. hope it works
@CR7ization desire hd. htc hd7 only has 5mp i believe, desire hd has 8, but megapixels aren't always everything, you're going to have to wait till both devices are fully released so someone can test them.
Wow this phone is awesome looking, check the size of that screen. I want this phone, i have the i phone 4 but will keep that as spare as will prob regret it if i get rid of it, it has a lot of negative aspects to it but it also has pluses to. This phone looks good i wonder how long the battery lasts for with a screen this size!!!
I like how people who own HTC actually wants an iPhone and keep lying to themselves that they made the right choice with the HTC, i also love how they say Apple should stick to ipods when these HTC android phones would be like how they are if it werent for the iPhone first gen released in 2007.
@krille898 not really, have you seen the rate at which the android store is growing? (125,000 apps list time I checked (I think)) the iphone only has 200,000 even after a 2 year head start
@gking1990 Well, if you know how to use it you can make it last. Since many applications still run in the background after you use it and such. Get taskkiller, kill all the tasks as often as possible, adjust the screen light to whatever you're doing. If you use it right it'll last a long time.

@tokyoguyjin Don't worry about internal memory, I think you get a 8 gig SD card with it and you can buy as many as you can affoard from 512mb to 32 gigabyte (Can only have 1 in place at the same time though...)

I have an ipod so i never used it for music playback or apps, all it was, was a below average phone tmobile have emailed me saying my desire HD should arrive special delivery tommorow morning! so excited this just looks so much more practical and hopefully will stop people seeing i have an iphone and thinking im a dickhead

@empeemp well, the reason that i dont believe in god is that i dont find much logic in the concept of a god. I remember quite while back when i pretty much forced myself to believe in god because religious people had scared me with the concept of a hell. I eventually reached the point where i realized that i was lying to myself and that believing in god wasn't a part of who i am. Trust me, sometimes i wish that i believed in god but i cant see that happening anytime soon.

@wafcarI iPhone 4 is Apple OS, DHD is Android OS which means they are both on different platforms for different people. If you already take a look at the Specs iPhone 4 is a big fail and so would iPhone 5 be. Apple is going down but Apple Fans don't seem to understand this, take a look at the new Mac's or iPad 2, nothing impressing has been done to them.There are hundreds of Android phones out in the market which are not comparable to iPhone 4 as its not worth the talk.

@tokyoguyjin You can upgrade your memory on the desire hd up to 32 gb i bought mine with a 16 gb sd memory.. so yeah besides the htc just looks like a better quality phone. Well thats just my opinion

@gloatlizard i ordered Galaxy S then i saw the new Desire HD is on the way i cancelled the Galaxy s and pre ordered my Desire HD and waiting to be release the i can say if i was wrong or right :) hopefully Desire HD would be better than Galaxy S. For GPS and speed the Desire HD is better but battery last longer on Galaxy S. after a week or so i can say which one is better :) lol
@bafizat 768 ram doesn't mean it's a strongest phone lol. Galaxy s has much faster cpu and gpu. Tegra 2 phones are 10-30% faster than galaxy s and 25-100% faster than desire hd.

@shueeey There is only one version. You can put a memorycard in there up to a maximum of 32 GB.
