Aoshima's Aventador looks interesting - they've been killing it with their 1/24th scale kits of late. Meng seem to be really upping their game lately, quite tempted by the Bradley. Also that Takom 1/32nd Horten...too many nice things! Thanks for the round-up Mos!
@@MOS6510Models TBH it kinda surprised me. I"ve build a Zvezda kit years ago (might be decades) and it was utterly horrible but they have definitely stepped up theire game. It (R12) looks just as nice as the MasterBox Kradschutzen. Btw; if the "moral" part of your decicion is driven by the current political situation, isn't building German WW2 vehicals a bit hypocritical than?
I don’t understand the logic, so if Russia win and complete the objectives they initially set you will then buy their kits? Zvezda are a middle making company and have about as much input into foreign policy as you and I. That’s like saying someone wouldn’t by airfix kits because of something kier starmer did. I’m sure you have built a Japanese kit in the past?

and what's that got to do with zvezda ? you planning on😂boycotting airfix due to the long history of British imperialism ? or revell Germany for the whole Hitler thing ?
Right. No Zvesda for me either. A fair amount of my hobby dollars go toward the Ukrainian manufacturers. They do an amazing job under extremely trying conditions. Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦!
trumpeter makes a KV 2 in 1/35 scale btw
yes indeed they do
P40 and Lysander have got my eye!
Yes!! on pre order lol

yep that horten indeed
Outstanding Mos. Looking forward to a few of these. Cheers
i agree
Some very nice kits Mos!
The Zvezda 1/48 looks interesting but though I don’t hate the Russian people I still can’t and I like Zvezda..Wish that war would end
I feel the same.. besides arent they restricted under the russian produce ban?
Trumpeter, PST, Pegasus Hobbies, and Forces of Valor/Walterson’s all do kits of the KV-2 in 1/72.
yep ive been educated that many have them lol
The KV-2 looks interesting, thanks for the update.
It is! i want it lol
I wouldn't mind looking at one of the tanks for a first tracked model
Look at Rubicon if you want to build your first tracked model matey
@MOS6510Models will do thank buddy
Currently building the Zvezda R12 German motorcycle and it's a real gem, looking forward to theire other motorcycle!
they are really good kits.. its a moral decision i have taken

Tamiya makes a kv-2 in both 1/35 and 1/48

Got to get me that airfix kit

Whispers you missed one Mos - Tamiya 1:48th Scale M5 A1 Stuart 😉😉
@@toboldlygosmodelworks1973 I didn’t see that !!
Some great kits.. that KV-2 and the motorcycle from Zvezda on my list but not whilst the war is happening
Thats some rediculous BS, seriously.

Nothing that grabs my attention this time around
Thanks for the round-up. But, like others here, I won't be buying any Russian products. Maybe I'll go browse the ICM listings again.
True
The Ho229a looks most interesting
for 1/32 i agree
👍👍
No zvezda!
Just buy three ICMs for every one Zvezda kit, then you can justify buying Zvezda again.
this did cross my mind
not gonna buy anything Zvezda unfortunately. nothing against the company but it funds the war effort against Ukraine right now.
