Imagine hearing this played by a mysterious man, while sitting down for a drink in an old, empty, cozy cafana for a drink on a late gloomy evening in eastern europe.
@OrgodemirDQ7 Ahh, hard question. I play only by ear, I think it's very beneficial. The way I play just comes naturally. When I arrange, compose or improvise I basically just play the sounds I like in a rhythm I like.
You sir, are a Mirriam-Webster's and shining example of raw, unbridled, sometimes irritating (lol) talent -=- now one of the main reasons i am takin the time to write this all out ina comment is as follows: i am a musician myself, so ive been around or seen (videos included) a number of finger-pickers/fingerstylists during my time.... Your technique and self-specific style is none like ive ever seen before -=- its bloody epic man, keep kickin ass, takin names, and chewing bubblegum... Lol
This song is so beautiful and so perfect that it is hard to believe it came from a videogame. I still remember when I was 9, my grandma bought me Castlevania II: Simon's Quest for my NES, was my first game I ever had besides Mario Bros. I put the game, walked out to the first town and the first notes of Bloody Tears sounded, I couldn't believe what I was listening, from that moment on this song has been one of the most important tunes I've heard in my life
This might be one of the most if not the most impressive arrangement of any VGM i have listened up to this date. The performance is simply outstanding.
For 25 some years this song has been a staple of my musical ear. You sir have made a rendition that not only challenges the original but also has become my new favorite version of Bloody Tears. It is no longer a Horrible Night To Have Curse. Keep it up
I dont know why 44 people dislike this.. Yes its not 100% a replica of the original however its 100% effort to make the song your own. Now thats what i call musicianship
Absolutely brilliant! Beautifully done. I'm not sure how I managed to never see this video in the past 4 years ..this is one of my favorite songs since I first played Castlevania 2. ....wow...Great job!
I love this arrangement, you stayed completely true to the spirit of Mastubara's masterwork but put your own heart into it. Truly masterful, all the best to you.
Este acustico de guitarra es increíble, no se como me gusta mas, si en piano o en guitarra, la verdad es que es de agradecer temas tan buenos que te trasportan a la nostalgia.
I like that, very well rung out and left the strings sounding well throughout. I play the guitar and I know that clean sound and particularly to leave tones ringing so long is very hard to acheive so well, very accomplished performance.
I refuse to simply "like" this video. Absolutely refuse. How can one justify simply liking this video? You, my friend, deserve my sincere thanks and admiration. Thank you for this creation.
mmmh, it's pretty sweet and melodic. Should be in one of the classic games, adds a lot of identity and depth to the song. This version makes me feel like the Belmont(whichever one) is hearing every bloody tear that fell down from all his ancestors and feels their anguish and sadness at the superhuman task of beating Dracula. Good job. :)
You, my friend, have changed my mind. Always i thought this was a song ment for the keys. The strings of your guitar have proved this wrong to me. Keep playing and making these covers. Just beautiful dude.
Same lol and I always said to myself that covers of this on guitar wouldn’t sound good. I seen people play the same too but he adds much more to the mix, love it.
Sorrow and deep at the same time. Love the castlevania. About how they described about good and evil. Btw, Good job man, you played so deep to. I can feel it.
Absolutely beautiful. Love the pacing you set for this arrangement. Compared to the original, you've given the two main melodies much more room to breathe.
I just about cried listening to this, it's absolutely gorgeous sounding and I truly love it. Mad props man, if they ever made an official remix or put one into another castlevania this would be a top candidate in my books.
Godsend. Still practicing it as an amateur guitar player and self taught and I still can't pull 25% off. It's also a little harder on my Spanish guitar but than you thank you thank you thank you thank you...
I am just picking up guitar again and stumbled upon this again after liking this 9 years ago. Something i can only to strive for. You did a job well done. Hope you're still doing well!
holy crap! i didn't think you could improve on the original masterpiece but here it is. awesome awesome and dare i say awesome one more time for good measure!
This is pretty amazing. The version from the Netflix anime was played for badassery and befitting of an awesome action scene, while this rendition of the very same song sounds like our heroes barely survived and are making their subdued and exhausted way home, with the mournful tones of a victory at great cost. That’s the power of a strong melody, and that’s why NES chiptunes were so memorable.
Absolutely Beautiful. I love the fingerpicking, I love the arrangement, I love the acoustics of the room you're in, and I love the guitar you're playing. This inspired me greatly!
Its almost another song. One great job of arrangement. I like it. In my taste i do prefer in the normal arrengemet, however, you perfomed so well and wit feeling this new version and the final work is just amazing. Great musician.
After 4 months of studying his every finger movement and and every finger placement I have finally learned to play this masterpiece of an arrangement.
Tabs?
That's impressive indeed
You spend 4 months and dont make a tab?
I did the same
No tabs, all visually and by ear 👍 maybe years later there is some tablature out there
What horrible night to just now discover this beautiful cover almost 9 years late. This is absolutely perfect, I love it. Great job!
The morning sun has vanquished the horrible night ;)
Have you heard of OC remix?
You gotta go youtubedark and just listen to individuals playing (mostly) video game music for a while. There are some talented musicians out there.

Just got here today! This is amazing!
Imagine hearing this played by a mysterious man, while sitting down for a drink in an old, empty, cozy cafana for a drink on a late gloomy evening in eastern europe.
+Filip D I think I had similar experience. Eastern Europe was, cafana was, but music - it wasn't, something else... Some man took the line.
+Filip D Atmosphere of doom
i love this idea
Filip Ɖurić dammmm !!
I would come up to that mysterious man and hand him all my money
What a horrible night to have a curse.

If I had to guess, it's the loud slapping during the breakdowns. The song wouldve been perfect without those.
I haven't words to describe this
I never listen something so beautiful

Keep playing things your way. I can always listen to the originals. That was awesome.
9 years later after stumbling upon this and it's STILL a master piece. Kimmo. you're a damn genius man. Cheers.
This is the most inspiring piece of music I've ever heard! Bloody Tears is Bloody Beautiful.
Just awesome.
I've heard this song about 100 times and 8 never feel tired.
Congratulations
Dude, this is so clean. Loved listening to it. Thanks for performing.
The feel that this guy's acoustic playing gives is honestly really enchanting, especially the intro
Absolutely brilliant! Beautifully done. I'm not sure how I managed to never see this video in the past 4 years ..this is one of my favorite songs since I first played Castlevania 2. ....wow...Great job!
CRIMINALLY under rated cover. Pretty much perfection.

Every time it got to the 'chorus' I got freaking chills. Thank you, youtube algorithm, for giving me this absolute gem.
The best single guitar rendition I've heard to date, well done sir

While sitting in front of a fire in Dracula's castle after the "final battle" with a bloody Vampire Killer in hand.
Great job! Those soft bass notes are tight! Well done, I can hear every note in this performance so well.
Can't find words. Absolutely stunning! My heart is bleeding when you play! you're amazing with the guitar :)
This is hands down the best cover I've ever heard of this song.
This sound so emotional my eyes started watering
Dang this was made forever ago and it hasn’t been topped! This is so good!
You, my friend, have changed my mind. Always i thought this was a song ment for the keys. The strings of your guitar have proved this wrong to me. Keep playing and making these covers. Just beautiful dude.

Time and time again I come back to watch this video...hands down the best acoustic guitar version here...PERIOD.
My favorite cover on the acoustic guitar in my opinion. Great work!
This remains one of my favorite covers of this song. It's fucking beautifully done
Phenomenal, amazing! Such a fantastic cover. Keep up the great work man!
I haven't played guitar in years, but after hearing this, I feel inspired to play again - thank you so much!
Outstanding performance. Castlevania is VGM at its best. And somehow it just doesn't get forgotten :-)
this version is so hauntingly beautiful. so far my favorite. it gave me chills

Stunning. Absolutely awesome!
this is breathtaking and so good that it could actually be used in a real Castlevania game.
Dude that was a great rendition of one of the best Castlevania songs! It was so peaceful and serene it started putting me to sleep. Great job man!
This should have played during Dracula’s Death scene. Beautiful cover.
Absolutely beautiful. Love the pacing you set for this arrangement. Compared to the original, you've given the two main melodies much more room to breathe.
Beautiful, Gorgeous, Breathtaking, Lovely, Alluring, Majestic, Serene...what more can I say for you? Just...keep it up! 👍👍👍
sooooo good. thanks for taking the time record and upload this. just incredible.

DUDE We need those tabs, It is simply awesome. PLEASE take the time to write it :(!!!!!!
lolschrauber YAAAY!!!:D
lolschrauber it seems to be not 100% accurate to the video. But maybe it's just me
Probably depends on your preferred tuning setup. No matter what I prefer Standard mostly cause of Iron Maiden and Judas Priest.
Godsend.
Still practicing it as an amateur guitar player and self taught and I still can't pull 25% off. It's also a little harder on my Spanish guitar but than you thank you thank you thank you thank you...
Where’s the tabs 😶
This is a magnificent cover, I can't express the gratitude I have to you, sir, thanks to share this masterpiece!
Phenomenal work!
I am just picking up guitar again and stumbled upon this again after liking this 9 years ago. Something i can only to strive for. You did a job well done. Hope you're still doing well!
Breathtaking.
Love this rendition. Very relaxing and nostalgic.

Slow and with solid feeling, just like it should be. Thank you. You nailed it!!!

Can't go wrong with this one
To be perfectly honest, I think that this version of Bloody Tears would go great in a Castlevania game today.
Mesmerizing
I don't quite understand how this has any dislikes at all. Dude you crushed this cover of it. Bravo!
All the dislikes are haters
They hate Belmonts in Smash.
It has been 6 years since I was recommended this video. And now it's back!
Oh my goodness i saw this and i nearly choked when i heard how amazing this is! Dont ever let anyone tell you that you have no talent.
Absolutely haunting and beautifully done.. Keep on going, man!
beautifull song
First time I hear your cover and is my favorite. Thanks so much, it brings me a lot of memories from my teenage years
Flawless.
Thats slick. If they ever make another Castlevania game, this should be in it. Beautiful Sir.
@HenkeFemton Thanks, go ahead it's never too late. Guitar is Martin 000-18. Been around 12 years since i got my first guitar.

nice sound!:)
Goosebumps. Wow. I listen to this every night now.
I like this version a lot. No need for a higher tempo.
Not a Castlevania fan, but I have sought out dozens of covers of this song, and this just blows all of them away.
This is beautiful even in 2017
This will remain beautiful forever...
So awesome
Jeez !!! Went back in time !!!!!!!
amazing
Outstanding job, sir. I've heard many renditions, and yours is among the best I've heard.
