I love how you open it with a genuinely serene bit and continue this artistic approach throughout -- Most Metal remixes just make it a trashing of electric guitars but this is considerably more nuanced

@@SoulReaver904 then what do you call the electric guitar parts, of not electric guitars? I have MANY guitar tracks that use virtual cabinets and monitors that sound exactly like this. I also use FLEX Essential Guitars in FL Studio in the background to give a little extra "oomph" to the sound, so if this is what you're referring to as "no guitars, all midi", then awesome. No harm, no foul.
I've spent years listening to covers of CV games and now I can safely drop a comment and say this is the best metal rendition of Bloody Tears. Eargasm from start to end.

I have to agree, although there are a lot of good covers that well up the nostalgia of my early days playing original Nintendo Castlevania, this one is the best I've heard. I've been looking for the right Bloody Tears rendition to use as the background battle music for my D&D groups climactic battle with a family of powerful demon aligned vampires and this delivers. My brother and I used to spend many a weekend playing castlevania with our now late grandmother and I think he'll really appreciate this as well, just fantastic.

This is certainly a fantastic cover with the orchestral music in the background; 331eRock does a full-on straight up metal version that's at least equal to it IMO... difficult to compare because of the differing musical styles. ruclips.net/video/w3QYhciTkOk/видео.html

I dont think theres but a very, very few Castlevania titles I haven't played through completely - as in less than 3, probably. Obscure titles.

I love a lot of covers of this song, but this one by far has blown me away. You can't take away the inspiration orchestral-rock that Castlevania is known for, so thank you for actively letting other instruments and styles ease their way into the cover. Absolutely stunning to my ears. And keeping everything within the original composition, just oozes love to the catchy tune we all get stuck in our heads. Can I gush any more?

Just got back from the hellfest in France 🇫🇷 and to chill before work a photographer I met there sent me this I'm listening to it. I'm 29, played castlevania on the ps1 and this is awesome !!
All I can say is childhood nostalgia this,castlevania, the arrangements and suikoden music,made the hard days bearable much less doable with a 7 am job with only 4.5 hrs. Sleep beforehand, that and ninja must be choosing onions around me,but not in a bad way at all.

I'm gonna be real with you chief, the "Bloody Tears" you had slowly fading in at the beginning really clashed with the awesome art and song, mostly because of the cartoony, Halloween gift card esque bubble font.
I'd personally recommend maybe going into photoshop and maybe playing around with trying to combine something weird like maybe Papyrus and Georgia, making it red and maybe giving a smear/drip effect, to really get the proper aesthetic I think you were going for.
Other than that, everything else is absolutely perfect, and I particularly enjoyed the rain drop and ripple visual effects.
The ripple effect on the second image in particular brings back memories of Flipnote, and how sometimes people would post music focused animations where a fly would buzz around at different speeds depending on the speed of the music.
Also the song is fantastic. Probably one of the best versions I've heard so far.

Curse of Darkness has some great songs, the crafting system was challenging, and overall wasn't all that bad. (Even though I know everyone usually thinks the 3d games weren't "true" Castlevania games.)
Some of my favorites from the soundtrack: Abandoned castle, Garibaldi courtyard/ and temple, The visitor in the silk hat, Eneomaos Machine Tower, and Cordova Town was also quite fun.
Edit: Oops, forgot about Legion and Nuculais, and Infinite corridor.
