I remember when me and my friends got these dvd’s in high school . Such a sweet spot in time for body building and life in general . If these videos don’t get you fired up to lift weights you’re dead inside .
Thanks for the free motivation! It’s appreciated and has a positive impact on me and many others . Perfect video to watch before SUPER SHOULDER SUNDAY !
Thank you so much for these uploads, bro. I bought so many of your Jay, Ronnie and Battle for the Olympia DVDs back in the day. Any chance you can upload Jay Cutler's Ripped To Shreds?
This legendary video should be shown to every Alpha who desire to be their best version one day, in their first day at gym! All hail Ronnie the GOAT Coleman! ❤️ Yeah Buddy! 🔥 Lightweight Baby! 🔥
Elite Bodybuilders in general squatted 400-500 regularly every week, it's not like now where people don't train as hard. When Ronnie got bigger his regular back squat weight was around 600, front squats regularly 500. Guys used to train twice daily back then as well, it was a different work ethic then now
Yeah I agree there are guys that are strong now, but almost none of them train hard like this anymore, there were a lot of other bbers as well back then that trained hard, that was the norm and I don’t think that’s the same today, ppl wanto look good for instagram, and short term results
no you would just donwload it, from Kazaa, Emule or something like Bearshare... of course it was illegal. But it was a part of the internet and played a big role, you could download everything, games like GTA or anything else, like porn or gore videos as well as all kinds of music. That's just how people used to use the internet in the past, and not these stupid social media '*puke*
Few pay attention to this but when Ronnie started training he was prepping to compete. Brian Dobson gave him a free membership if he would compete. What I mean to say is that, from day 1, he was dieting for a contest. And he consistently competed several times a year every single year from the beginning. I have never heard of that before or since. Usually it takes a good few years in the gym to build up a bit so you can diet down. Ronnie literally was a walking competitive pro bodybuilder from day 1. Genetics.
Yes Ronnie had crazy genetics, but I really think his training played a big role in how good he was, the guy trained heavy and hard damn near all the time,
Sounds good but not true. Ronnie always looked pretty much like he does in this video. From day 1. He was never a normal looking guy who got big. His strength also never changed much. He was deadlifting 740lbs in 1994, 800 in 2000. Adding sixty pounds to your deadlift in 6 or 7 years is really not impressive. It means his strength was not from steroids and not from working out. He was pretty much born to be a bodybuilder. He just had to learn to eat and lose bodyfat. So don't be so impressed. He never worked hard to get anything as far as bodybuilding goes. And the videos are misleading. Trust me and other bodybuilders including Jay Cutler have commented that a his videos were for show and on a day to day basis he did the same workouts and weights as the rest of the pros.

Wtf you on about? He was a powerlifter before bodybuilding so he definitely had training prior to meeting Brian.
Ronnie starting lifting weights when he was 12 years old .
One of the few to comment "Yeah Buddy"

@@michaelrogers9872 he was never training to improve his deadlift. at that weight, you really need to specialize your training toward improving it
@@michaelrogers9872if you’re already deadlifting 740 which is an absurd number, then getting to 800 would take a bit with the fatigue build up.
@@michaelrogers9872He never worked hard? You’re delusional.
