Right now, things seem odd. The US dollar is losing value due to inflation, but it is strengthening in comparison to other currencies and commodities like gold and real estate. Because they believe it to be safer, people are going to the dollar. I'm concerned that the rising inflation may lead my retirement funds to lose value. Where else could we put our cash?

Great analysis, it would be good include that google spends a great amount of cash in stock based compensation. So if we normalize net income it would be even lower.
Great Channel IMO please allocate more time to fear and doubt orientated content & guests so that this will motivate sellers to complete their good work and asset price will be on bargain prices again

Google’s ad is not growing as much as expected is because the ad platform has quite high standards. If u r a marketeer u probably know that fact that there is a lot of companies can advertise on platforms like meta but not Google, the bar is much higher. Google’s ads growth IMO is heavier and more ethical.

Thanks for the update and keep doing what you do. My journey in the current market has taught me a lot of lessons, at the top of that list is that it never pays to live above one's means. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around $600k to a decent 7 figures in the space of a few months. Sad to say but a lot of us have poor money management skills. My 2 cents -get an advisor to keep you accountable and aid you make better decisions, Francine Duguay has been helping me a lot, all through my journey. I find it better to pay a little bit more for peace of mind than worry about money or market trends and still get >burned.

She appears to be a true authority in her profession. I looked her up online and found her website, which I browsed and went through to learn more about her credentials, academic background, and career. She owes me a fiduciary duty to act in my best interests.
