    Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?

    • @marlisamirabal
      @marlisamirabal Месяц назад

      Just ''buy the dip'' man. In the long term it will payoff. High interest rates usually mean lower stock prices, however investors should be cautious of the bull run, its best you connect with a well-qualified adviser to meet your growth goals and avoid blunder

      The truth is that this is really not as difficult as many people presume it to be. It requires a certain level of diligence, no doubt, which is something ordinary investors lack, and so a financial advisor often comes in very handy. My friend just pulled in more than $84k last month alone from his investment with his advisor. That is how people are able to make such huge profits in the market

      ANGELA LYNN SCHILLING' is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

      Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her resume.

    I knew it. I’ve been wanting to buy it before the earnings report, but was hesitant. This is so good to hear. Thank you.

      You should NEVER buy before earnings. It is a gamble, do it if you like to put your money at risk. Are you a gambler or an investor?

    What is the basis for assuming they can have a FCF margin of 25%?

    • @stoffelbrian
      @stoffelbrian 3 месяца назад +8

      Great question. This is a VERY inexact science. At the same time, I want to illustrate that it's entirely reasonable to think that FCF can grow much faster than revenue. The company is investing HEAVILY in R&D to meet the opportunity. So far, that's absolutely been the right move. And they've been investing HEAVILY in sales, and with traction outside of US police departments, that's been the right move. I think it's reasonable to assume the company can have even better FCF margins in 10 years than when they were *just* a hardware company. The FCF margin in 2013 (pre-Axon): 22.2%. Therefore, 25% doesn't feel like a stretch

  • @SB-yq6ze
    @SB-yq6ze 3 месяца назад

    Probably should mention the SBC to free cash cashflow ratio - in this case it doesn't have a very good FCF Yield

    Similar company is CLBT, I bought in the 4s and 5s, it's been doing well for me. I could see a potential merger down the road between these two market leaders

    There is something missing from your analysis. The PE is over 100. What makes you assume they will keep growing for ever? How much of the percentage of police force that uses it currently? What is the TAM?

    • @stoffelbrian
      @stoffelbrian 3 месяца назад +3

      Did you watch to the end? Or read the response to @thewat870? This company is NOT optimized for profits or free cash flow. Its margins on FCF could likely triple between now and 2034. The reverse DCF at the end showed a 20% top line growth rate is what's required
