I do this every couple of weeks or so. Take a whole box of any waffle/pancake mix and make it into individual size waffles or pancakes. Take 2 of the waffles/pancakes and put them into a resealable sandwich bag and into the freezer. You now have a perfect breakfast, ready for the toaster! This recipe is perfect for that!
