Greek Traditional Rusks or Paximadia _ Best Snack for your Coffee

Today, I am delighted to introduce you to my friend’s aunt Vasiliki, located in Aspropyrgo just outside Athens. Together with Vasiliki's daughter Zoe, they operate a traditional bakery exclusively dedicated to crafting Paximadia. Over the past 16 years, they have methodically produced 10 distinct varieties of these crunchy treats.
Greeks adore their Greek coffee in the morning, as well as at any other time during the day.
Greek coffee is always accompanied by a small delight on the side-occasionally a spoon dessert, at other times a Loukoumaki, and my personal favorite, a Paximadi, which is essentially a Rusk.
