I can't reply to any comments, oh well, but to anyone saying "Where are the carbs, you need carbs for energy," there's plenty of complex carbs in all the fruit and veggies, the nuts and seeds she uses. And complex carbs are better for you than regular ones, so most cases bread bogs you down but complex carbs or carbs in whole grains are better for you.

omgosh Thank you so much! I recently started my diet and I was so nervous for class to start because things get so hectic and many times we just end up picking up some fast food or snacks from the vending machine between classes but these recipes look so delicious! I'm trying them all! :)
food dehydrater or what I do sometimes is get a baking sheet put mesh on the bottom when so when its super sunny I just stick slices of whatever fruit then go to a camping store and get one of those mosquito food covers and leave ur stuff out for 3-5 days :)

So I started watching your videos Saturday afternoon. Finished by Saturday night. By Sunday morning I tried over 3/4 of your tips, tricks, and other things from your videos!
You don't need a dehydrator to dehydrate foods, just turn your oven to the lowest setting (mine is 175 degrees) and place the sliced fruit on a sheet pan and place in oven and check on them every 4 hours until done. Great video look forward to the next one.
You should definitely do separate videos for lunch and dinner just like this one! I love the uniqueness bc I'm always looking for new, different things to make! :)
Wow that's a lot of trouble to go to make your own food for school, but great to see someone so young who cares so much about their health! :) I had the celery and peanut butter as a kid and now do it for my children and it's one of their favourite after-school snacks! :) Growing up my mum had a food dehydrator, I'll have to ask her if she still has it so I can make some yummy dried fruit for my kids too! Keep up the great work, you are inspirational! ;)

Lol I love coconut too! I made a green smoothie with coconut and pineapple.. you should try it! I also love the toasted seaweed it tastes like crispy salty green!!
if you cannot find "clean" banana chips (just straight dehydrated banana) you can but a food dehydrator for around $30 and have it for the rest of your life to make your own banana chips!! Plus you can dehydrate tons of other fruits!!
