I love how Cal is staring at you at the end, almost puzzled why you are talking to a camera. I hope and pray the Lord keep you and your body until the very end. Thinking of you in my prayers.
I am going to a pelvic floor physical therapist. I kinda wish more women were educated better. So much trauma happens during pregnancy, and many problems can be prevented or healed with the right education. So glad you are getting the help you need!! 🤗~Karen
Yes. My going to PFPT was so helpful! I’m 25 and was shocked after I discovered I had a prolapse after the birth of my 2nd baby (I have 3 now). The lack of pelvic floor knowledge amongst young women is crazy!
Pelvic Floor Therapy should be recommended for all pregnant woman especially. But should definitely be a must for all post partum mamas. Yes the cost can add up but so so worth it :) so happy Sarah is talking about it to a wide audience. Hopefully more mamas take care of their pelvic health too ♥️
Praying for you and your tribe, Sarah. You are such a sweet picture of what it looks like to be vulnerable but JOYFUL in struggle. What an inspiration! Praying for blessing, good rest, and continued joy through it all!
I so appreciate your courage to talk about these topics publicly. I had pubic separation and my midwives told me there was nothing I could do to help it and that I would just have to suffer and it should go back to normal once the pregnancy hormones leave my body. No one I knew had even heard of it. I literally had NO idea about pelvic floor specialists or that there could be a chance I could get help with it. So thank you Sarah! Open discussion about these things helps educate all women and I am so thankful I live in the age where it has begun. You are just doing amazing work xx
Yes Sarah!! I learned soooo much about the pelvic floor after going to my pelvic floor physical therapist after birth. I’m actually posting a video about it next week. :)
Im so happy for you guys who have access to pelvic health specialists. I'm in Jamaica they don't exist here and I discovered that when I desperately needed one. It was awful in my last pregnancy in 2019 i was in agony for pretty much 2 years. Id love to have another baby but I am so scared for my pelvis on a practical level. (I'd totally just go ahead with it if it was just the pain but the structural damage scares me.)
I love your channel. You have a family, your kids are on youtube but they are not your money maker. There is no click bait, no consumerism ... It's so rare on youtube. You don't put your kids in embarrassing situations to make views. I respect your ethic. Really !
I love the more real and raw side of these pregnancy vlogs, and I so appreciate how you advocate for prioritising your health. I'm not pregnant but I've been dealing with so much lower back pain recently and I've struggled through it, and I finally booked myself a chiropractor appt (the last one I had was three years ago for the same back pain). Money is tight, but I know that my back is so important and I feel so stoked to know that I'm looking after myself. Look after your backs everyone. You've only got one of them!
Thank you for sharing your story with physiotherapy!💗so many people are unaware that the pelvic floor can and should be addressed! Prayers for your pain to be relieved through this pregnancy!
I am so happy for you that you found a great pelvic floor physiotherapist! I hope you share your journey with it and the trials and successes you have (if you so choose), so others may benefit from your experience and gained knowledge! Thank you for always being so raw, open, and honest. You are a beautiful soul ❤
I'm seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist too! She told me I'm a "pelvic floor tenser" so instead of carrying stress in my shoulders I carry it in my pelvis. 😂 I clicked so fast! Internal pelvic muscle pressure point release has been the best thing for me. Yay for learning about our bodies! I'm so glad for you.
Pelvic floor therapy literally saved me! I was struggling with horrible horrible pelvic pain after I gave birth this year. I have levator spasms and they are that exact pain that you describe but I was dealing with this for eight months straight every single day like it wouldn’t disappear kind of pain it was horrible. Until I saw my pelvic floor therapist symptoms have finally improved very recently I am so thankful every day. So I’m so happy that you did that
That car shot of you guys with the kids at the back at 5:15 is so precious. ❤ Imagining myself having that view someday too, maybe 15 years from now. God bless your family more!
I'm pretty sure this is what I was dealing with during my pregnancy too. I'm still dealing with pelvic discomfort at 7 weeks pp, but not nearly as bad as before. I've heard it gets worse with each subsequent pregnancy, so I'm nervous about that, but I can definitely empathize with your pain. You've encouraged me to get help with my pain, especially for my next pregnancy, so thank you. It's comforting to know I'm not the only one who's experienced this.
I'm struggling with my pelvis too this time around and the program MommaStrong has been such a lifesaver! I genuinely wish I had known about her videos on SPD sooner
In one of my recent pregnancy vlogs I talk about not waddling and sitting to get dressed etc. waddling makes it so much worse! Stay symmetrical in all you do sitting, standing, sleeping with a pillow between your legs.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with your pelvic pain! After getting married, I noticed severe pain in my pelvis and started experiencing spasms. I went to a pelvic floor therapist and it changed my life! Would LOVE to hear more about your experience + learn new exercises too!!! Wishing you the best this pregnancy, and sending so many prayers!
I'm so sorry I had all this pain and misery in my 2nd pregnancy. I was so scared for you after Liza, so I'm glad you're getting ba lot of help! I didn't have any 🤦♀️ I hope you find comfort and can continue to remember the positives 🖤🖤🖤
Hey Sarah, I am so glad your getting help with your pelvis! I had pelvic trouble as well with my third and I am now pregnant with my 4th. I have been doing Erica Zeils core rehab program is so good for pelvis health.
We are okay overall, dealing with lots of anxiety and a bit of depression, trying to keep our faith up and believe that everything will sort itself and life will be good soon. :)
I've heard the most important part of a kegel is the relaxation part. So that makes sense you're having so much pain and imbalance. Hopefully PT helps!
Thank you for sharing about your appt with your pelvic floor specialist!! I feel like this will help other women to really look into their postpartum pelvic/floor health and just pelvic floor health in general!
So glad that you have some answers. Thinking of you, pain can be hard. I am thankful you are sharing because I have pelvic problems. I use Bowen therapy and chiro to alleviate my imbalances but have been stranded overseas in a place where chiro is not reputable, its been a whole thing lol but thankfully have been ok 💟
I just went through this exact same thing seeing my pelvic floor therapist a few months ago! My pelvic floor muscles were so tight and contracted. So thankful for professional help and all that I learned. 🙌🏻 Everybody should go see a pelvic floor therapist after having a baby!
So happy that you have gotten answers! Praying that you’re able to have a safe delivery and a quick recovery! Also I’d love to see the exercises and stretches! I love those types of videos. ☺️ and also... you’re kids and husband are awesome. I’m praying that the Lord will allow me to have a wonderful husband and children like that someday soon.
I can’t believe this is happening to me at the same time.. so thankful to God for people like you sharing. I have the exact same problem.. I am pregnant 34weeks and I feel nobody understands the pelvic pain I am going through.. I have been going to the chiropractor but my midwife today sent me to the physiotherapist, I am so excited to hear is working for you.. I haven’t been able to workout because of the pain :(
Loved this video!!! I’m going to the DR today and I’m gonna ask about a referral to a pelvic floor specialist!!!! Can’t wait till your video come out with what you’re doing to help strengthen your body in those areas!!! Praying for you sister, you are doing so well! Thanks for setting an example for us younger moms!❤️
I'm new to your channel and minimalism and I AM LOVING IT! ANDDD The sun is shining bright here in Vancouver! so it should get sunny on your side very soon.
I started to experience incontinence in my pregnancy and that's what triggered me to go to my pelvic floor PT. I am also very tight down there and completely understand how unnatural it feels to learn to let go of the muscles. I started to experience some hip and a bit of plevic pain in my 3rd trimester and I swear my pelvic floor PT works magic!!! It's not completely gone but just so much better, I'm so glad you're seeing one too!
How am I? Better than I deserve. Not sure what a pelvic floor specialist does really, but I had a 25week baby last year who is about to turn 1 due to incompetent cervix... and she is doing amazing by the grace of God.
Just like Delilah, we also still have snow on the ground. Which is quite surprising cause we all thought it’s Spring already. Huhu (viewer from Manitoba since April 2020) 😊
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE write a cook book. I go dairy, almond, tomato, egg, wheat free for 6 months after every baby (because of breast milk issues) I'm always looking for wholesome recipes and I love watching you cook!! (Side note: my 4 yr old and 2 year old also love watching your videos. It's our break time 💜)
Hi Sarah! I am watching you from Romania and I just want to tell you how much I have learned from you! Thank you for sharing your life with us! I have two girls and I think I had the same issue with both of my pregnancies, as I was in pain all the time but the doctors here told me this is just how my body adapts to the baby :( I will check if we have such specialists in our country for the next pregnancy, thanks again for sharing and you are in my prayers!
Would LOVE to see a video about the stretches/exercises you're doing to help loosen the muscles in your pelvic area!! Thanks for speaking on this topic!
I am having the exact same problem! I came across a book called 'headache in the pelvis' which is a whole book about chronically contracted pelvic floor muscles and what to do about it, its really helped.
I have been so terrified to have a second baby due to the severe pain I had during my first pregnancy. This gave me so much hope, I am excited to see how this affects the rest of your pregnancy. ☺️ God is so good to us!
Wow, I'm also 26 and experience alot of pain through my pelvis and lower back from having my last baby. PT makes so much sense *smacks forehead* duh! Definitely going to go see one now. Thanks Sarah! 😊
Also, thank you for sharing all of your SPD troubles. I have this with my pregnancies too, and I know lots of women need to hear that physical therapy is very helpful.
I'm going to see my doctor finally 2 years after having my daughter and I'm still having that pelvic pain like when I was pregnant so hopefully I can get some answers on why I still feel like this!
Hey Sarah, can you do a kids clothes declutter tips video? We are absolutely overwhelmed with clothes especially as we are gifted so many. What are your tips? Also do you have a specific number of towels, rags, etc? Thanks!
Im doing good because it's friday!! I just can't wait for summer cause I haven't been on my campus for college yet. Lol sometimes I forget that your Canadian because of your accent.
I had pelvic floor separation issues in all 3 pregnancies so I feel for you! Would love to see the exercises you are doing to fix it. Also I love your video for diastasis recti exercises. I have been doing many of them post pregnancy and they have helped!
I am here dealing with ashfall everywhere and I live in Barbados not Saint Vincent where their volcano, La Soufriere erupted a week ago now. It's crazy dealing with this and COVID at the same time. But God is good.
Sarah, have you tried Forward Leaning Inversions? They were the only thing that really gave me relief from pelvic pain when I was pregnant. Sending you prayers and love!
What is bathing suit weather for canadians!? I am from Tennessee and I can't even fathom wearing a bathing suit or swimming until it's at least 80°F/26°C outside! ☺️
Try ice packs on your lower back joints - cracks are signs of looseness, try also SRJ support belts to help that. Helped me enormously. Also knee fall outs with a band helps to close the pelvic rim joints. Try not to stretch Xxx
I'm 20 weeks pregnant. I'm pretty sure I've been dealing with perinatal depression/anxiety, I've fallen in the 33% of asthma patients whose asthma gets progressively worse throughout the pregnancy, super high risk pregnancy. Hoping I make it to 36 weeks and won't have to travel for the delivery, or that I'm stable enough to make it to the nearest Trauma hospital 4.5 hours away so I don't get separated from the baby. I've had restrictions since week 12 and it's only getting worse. It's super scary. We had fertility struggles for a year of seriously trying before we conceived. I always wanted about 3-4 kids, but with how dangerous this pregnancy has been we might be one and done. The fear is that if the baby gets too big to be on my diaphragm, I won't be able to breathe. I've had severe morning sickness this whole time, but reacted badly to my anti nauseas and have had to come off of it all. My first OB basically quit, but I've been so lucky with my new OB who is consulting with a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist. I'm also huge for being 20 weeks with baby girl 🤣 excited to see her on ultrasound this week. I feel the pelvic floor struggle, I have endometriosis. This is inspiring me to actually go pelvic floor physical therapy. It's been recommended to me for years, but growing up very religious has made that totally weird. I do see a medical massage therapist for all of my health conditions and she does work externally on those areas. Actually, my uterus was prolapsed into my right hip first trimester and it was so insanely painful and she was able to get my uterus moved to the right area. It's been a trip
Okay first of all LOVE the realness in this video!!!! I’m a mama of three soon to be four and holy moly I relate to the bed not being made and the dragging yourself out of unmade bed to get the laundry hahaha all done with joy but man oh man growing a baby is hard on the old bones 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Also, we have a mini van but with number four coming I feel it’s not enough room ! What kind of van were you looking at like what is bigger than a minivan 😂😂😂
Thank you for sharing. I am 15 and you are such an inspiration to me
You make me want to be a loyal, loving, and godly young women and mom.
Amazing!!!
It’s so great that these doctors are giving you the answers you were searching for!
I love how Cal is staring at you at the end, almost puzzled why you are talking to a camera. I hope and pray the Lord keep you and your body until the very end. Thinking of you in my prayers.

Ashley Cox, yes, after my 2nd is when I found my prolapse. I didn’t even realize how common it is.

Ivy seemed so grown up all of a sudden when she was setting the table--loved her pants and oversized sweater!
Thank you for talking about the details! I was so curious what could be causing the pain, and I'm so glad that there's a path forward to healing
Oh my, this was uploaded just in time for my lunch break🙏
Singing a dance song for Elle while she skips around...#momgoals Love it soo much. Also Kieran dancing with the rice...you guys are incredible.

I started seeing a pelvic floor specialist and have been in physical therapy for about 6 weeks now ands it’s amazing and definitely recommend!
I laughed out loud with Ivy’s goodbye! The best!

I’ve done two of your recipes so far! Yay for no more nausea over here. 13 weeks today 💪🏽
I’m Still praying for and over your health ♥️
Cannot wait for your pelvic floor exercises because I seem to be left with pain after my son s birth!! I love your videos, cannot praise you enough !!
I always love when you share recipes, I would love to see a video where you explain more what you make for dinners
Elli looks soo cute in the bunny dress! I remember when Ivy used to wear it.
So happy to hear you got some answers about your pelvis!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE write a cook book. I go dairy, almond, tomato, egg, wheat free for 6 months after every baby (because of breast milk issues) I'm always looking for wholesome recipes and I love watching you cook!!

Wow, I'm also 26 and experience alot of pain through my pelvis and lower back from having my last baby. PT makes so much sense *smacks forehead* duh! Definitely going to go see one now. Thanks Sarah! 😊
Go right in 😂😂 Girl, you are so right, after having kids you don't really care anymore 😂
Also, thank you for sharing all of your SPD troubles. I have this with my pregnancies too, and I know lots of women need to hear that physical therapy is very helpful.
Love your towels so much!!! Where did you get them?
Your hair is looking amazing!
I'm going to see my doctor finally 2 years after having my daughter and I'm still having that pelvic pain like when I was pregnant so hopefully I can get some answers on why I still feel like this!
I was so surprised at how not weird an internal exam was during my pregnancy. I totally understand what you mean.
loving the consistent uploads Sarah. Praying that you and your baby stay healthy and happy.
ps. where is the photo at 18:20?
As someone who likes to cook but isn't well enough to do it very often, I'm totally here for the cooking ASMR. :)
Yes please, make a video with all your exercises. I'm looking for things that could help me after the birth of my 3d baby.
Hey Sarah, can you do a kids clothes declutter tips video? We are absolutely overwhelmed with clothes especially as we are gifted so many. What are your tips? Also do you have a specific number of towels, rags, etc? Thanks!
You continue to be such an inspiration to me!! Thank you Sarah!🥰✨💖✨
Im doing good because it's friday!! I just can't wait for summer cause I haven't been on my campus for college yet. Lol sometimes I forget that your Canadian because of your accent.
Yes please do a pelvic floor related video that would be great 💙
Hey Sara. Superstore has fresh salsa that is so good. It’s in the fridge that has hummus in the deli section. Way better than the shelf stable salsa
Praying for you Sara!! Thank you for being so honest and sharing this awesome content
Yay! So glad that you finally have answers about your pelvis😊
Ramadan kareem Mubarak to all muslims 😘
Okay, I am HERE for that ASMR 😂👌🏻 gave me real brain chills 🙆🏼♀️😌
Can you make a video of exercises you’re doing for your pelvis? The one about healing your core was very helpful
Sarah: i'll put some photos on the screen
Screen:
😅
Thanks for sharing your journey-some helpful information! Hope you are well! 💛
I’ve been through pelvic floor therapy. It gave me my life back after a very traumatic 6 months. Awkward as heck tho! Lol. 😊
Your hair look so pretty!! ❤️

Okay first of all LOVE the realness in this video!!!! I’m a mama of three soon to be four and holy moly I relate to the bed not being made and the dragging yourself out of unmade bed to get the laundry hahaha all done with joy but man oh man growing a baby is hard on the old bones 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Also, we have a mini van but with number four coming I feel it’s not enough room ! What kind of van were you looking at like what is bigger than a minivan 😂😂😂
First 2 minutes of the vid is my mood
Man I wish we had care like that in the US. Unless your rich you wouldn't even get half the things you mentioned to help with your condition.
Yes!! I'm on baby #3 and in so much pain...and I was like "specialist! I'll see if I can find one...wait...probably cant afford it."
