He an ok quarterback but your offensive line is bad. Many offensive linemen coming out of college are not trained well. One reason that Andy Reid is so successful is that he is a former offensive line coach and he knows you need to control the line of scrimmage weather it the run game or the short passing game.
What went wrong? The same thing that went wrong with the Texans and David Carr. The same thing that went wrong with the Colts and Andrew Luck. The offensive line was horrible and they let him get killed back there every season, he had no receivers that could catch, and he had 4 offensive coordinators.
