He superstars and star and good role players. They should have kept him
😂😂😂😂 what has Joe Douglas done ? I am still laughing that the Jets thought they outplayed the Packers over the Rodgers trade, that didn't work out to well 😂😂😂 A few of them players will probably request a trade now because they will want to be on a winning team..since they paid Adams that money , don't be surprised if Hall and Wilson will now demand the bag
Even when Rodgers was in GB I was saying they wanted him gone, they just didn't want to be the ones to make the first move. They wanted Rodgers to ask out. Look at how they handled the last few drafts before he asked out - no WRs or TE early. He was begging for WR help and the GM never got one. They also wanted time to develop Love.

Im glad this guy doesn’t make videos about my team-there is no sensationalism surrounding them…just an undramatic 7-3 record with solid players and coaching and smart management.
The problem where it went wrong is they changed the identity of their own team when they didn’t have to. During the years with Wilson as its QB. They had it all figured out and they had a good ball control offense with a solid run game and future star in breese Hall. The defense was physical and healthy. Where they went wrong?? The real reason here is they failed to stick to their game plan of being a run first offense. Keeping it a ball control offense. And clearly the blame should go to saleh. We are a run first team that emphasizes the run… ball control offense. Play defense.
The Jets’ ownership might not be the best, but Commanders’ fans had to live with Dan Snyder for decades. Now that was taking bad ownership to a whole new level.
So I’m saying this as a Jets fan we’re hot trash and there’s dysfunction on so many levels and people we simply need a real leader of men and start fresh
When Rodgers first went to the Jets, I could not foresee anything happening that could tarnish Rodgers' career. I was mistaken. I don't know how people will look at this a decade or two from now, but right now it really paints Rodgers in a bad light.
The Jets made over half a billion in revenue last year. Yet I don’t see the leadership, big name players, or owner himself taking that seriously. From a business perspective it’s crazy to watch. They are making decisions like it’s a high school hobby club. They don’t respect the money and resources they are throwing around and throwing away. Its disgusting.
Robert Saleh deserved to be fired. Yes, we need to give him credit for building Jets an elite defense but when you are the HEAD COACH, you need to be competent on the offensive end as well. In hindsight, firing Saleh didn't help the Jets perform better but it made sense to fire Saleh.
I believe Aaron's numbers are better than Mahomes this year. Rodgers will throw for 250 yards every game, seldom throws a pick. Still the defence has to be stellar, because the offense isn't put up huge numbers. Rodgers, two years ago, had a problem in the "red zone". I thought it was play calling. I now think it is Rodgers audibles out of a play, confuses his team mates, and end up kicking field goals instead of TDs.
I’d love to see a video on Myles Garett coming at TJ Watt still defending him winning DPOY last year, then this year while TJ is a monster he may not deserve it but will probably win the award as a make right from last season. I’m a Steelers fan, love TJ Watt I’d like to see him win it, but I’m not sure he’s the best defensive player this season.
It would be legit awesome if Rodgers went to Minnesota. Even if you think Rodgers is toxic, it's worth a gamble for 1 year. The NFC North rematches write themselves.
It's not the owner's fault. He was right on benching Rodgers. Their problem is the QB! He creates drama and ruin the team chemistry. Get rid of him for a real QB. Their GM and previous coach is fine. They need to stop allowing Rodgers to ruin the team.
The Jets were a QB away. Unfortunately, they acquired GM Aaron Rodgers, put pads on him, and tried letting him run the offense. Turns out a bad QB (Wilson, Darnold) is better than no QB.
In the end, the owner is not on the field. It's the coaches and players who are. Benching Rodgers is kind of out of the question, because that's the power he has right now, and no one has the balls to do it. Pair that with bad moral and mediocre coaching, and 3-8 is what you get.
Mike, WMD is actually tied 5th this season with 8 sacks. I mean you're not wrong about a few things but yeah you're wrong on that one. Broderick Jones is tied for 2nd in sacks allowed this season. I'll admit the fanbase did not like the WMD pick but he's definitely been better than Broderick Jones. What really screwed over Joe Douglas in my mind were two things. In 2023 Zach Wilson's "Redshirt" year they did not invest in a backup QB. When Aaron went down it took them till about week 4 to pick up a QB, preferring to go into games with Zach Wilson and Tim Boyle. When that backup was signed it was Trevor Siemian, enough said on that one. They basically punted on the season in order to keep Rodgers happy. The second was Hasson Reddick, and that whole fiasco. His one and a half good drafts did not outweigh the bad. I liked Joe D and I hope he finds success but to call him a top 10 GM in the league is a bit silly. The Jets overall are a cursed franchise. It sucks to be the joke of the league but here we are.
Jets issues started with offense. Last year , they had an offense that didn’t work. This year , issues are both offense and defense. Defense is the middle being open on zone d. Offense is still the OLine collapsing . Also QB , Rodgers , not as mobile . Not as accurate. No run game. All part of OLine issue.
The Jets are a very screwed up franchise. The Jets were at their best when Bill Parcells was HC (1997-99) & GM (1997-2000). He demanded and received full control over all football operations and even moved the non-football related jobs out of Giants Stadium and into a nearby office building. He rebuilt the scouting, player development and player strength programs. When he left, the roster and front office were packed with talent. Why did he leave abruptly? Many speculated a deep dislike for Woody Johnson, a trait famously adopted by Bill Belichick. To this day Belichick hops on any opportunity to throw shade at Woody Johnson. In any event, the Jets infrastructure remained strong for years. Over time, people retired, moved on to other teams, etc. and Woody Johnson hired their replacements. This explains why the Jets had good success in the 2000s decade, and zero success ever since. In short, Woody Johnson has run the franchise into the ground and, in my opinion, behaves more like a game show host than an NFL team owner.
The disrespect is crazy. Rodgers was obviously not the answer but he is also obviously not the problem. Its one rhing to be a Jets fan and wanting someone to blame, but if you're a Cowboys fan throwing this much shade at a HOF QB, you're doing it because you're petty and want clicks. Mike just bringing the ESPN method to RUclips.
Rodgers leaving the Packers showed who made the a good team. Just like how Brady went to the Bucs and showed who made the Patriots a great team. Sam Darnold should be the QB1 for the Vikings. They should take their time and draft a new QB to come in and slowly learn the system.

They are making decisions like it’s a high school hobby club. They don’t respect the money and resources they are throwing around and throwing away. Its disgusting.
I used to just watch my team games. Now I also watch the Jets games, because implosions are fun
Douglas will come back to Philly were Howie will retrain him
I want a lions video 📹 😩 😫
One mistake they made was trying to make Rogers happy. - You cant.
I'm sick of "Matt Stafford to the Rams" not being mentioned up their with Brady and Manning trades leading to immediate success
Almost sounds like the Jets are the Cowboys in the AFC East with the owner trying to run the team like he’s playing Madden 😅
Imagine being Aaron Rodgers and gleefully tanking your own legacy. Unbelievable.
I’m a Steelers fan, love TJ Watt I’d like to see him win it, but I’m not sure he’s the best defensive player this season.
bro called will mcdonald horrible while he’s been top 5 for sack leader most the season 😂😂😂 i’ll always plead that mike makes videos for nfl casuals
No one will subscribe if we only see jets, cowboys etc......😢
19:21 you didn't have to take that jab 😂
It would be legit awesome if Rodgers went to Minnesota. Even if you think Rodgers is toxic, it's worth a gamble for 1 year.
The NFC North rematches write themselves.
😂😂😂😂 I’m not the only one who thinks Rodgers is on his way to Minnesota it seems.
As a Vikings fan, This "prophecy" better not actually happen. We don't want him.
I would hope he learned from Favre's blunders, but if the Vikings want him, he'll probably go. Just like Favre, he wants revenge.
Think your right Mike, blame is being placed on everyone apart from Rodgers & buddies
People have been blaming Rodgers every damn week.
What videos are you watching?
Maybe Rodger’s needs to change his number 8 jersey to 11 😂😂
Why?🤣
It is SO disrespectful to wish Rodger’s on the Vikings-wtf they ever do to deserve that slur?!
It's gotten so bad that I've seen Jets fans demand for Rex Ryan to come back.
As soon as Robert salah got fired by Aaron Rodgers the defense died with him
When you bet $20 and get $60 you don’t win $60 you win $40 lol
Please Joe Douglas come back to Baltimore we need you
Maybe Jerry Jones should give A Rod a call 🤣🤣
Why you still using the Texans at the beginning of the video? You didn’t make any picks this week?
As a saints fan I’d really appreciate you contributing to getting Loomis shitcanned. The MSM is covering for him and Derek “Dude where’s my” Carr
We dont want Rogers or lazard or randal cobb or devante adams 😂😂😂Lmao 😂
In the end, the owner is not on the field. It's the coaches and players who are. Benching Rodgers is kind of out of the question, because that's the power he has right now, and no one has the balls to do it. Pair that with bad moral and mediocre coaching, and 3-8 is what you get.
The offense did improve, though. Rodgers had more TD passes than the entire team did in 2023 weeks ago. The defense shit itself.
Come down to Miami JD . We will use that scouting department knowledge to help Grier up top. ❤❤
