Unlike Dagon Jogo is not a tanky character, and I am 100% sure Toji's speed is above Jogos. There's a high likelyhood Toji could just blitz Jogo and stun lock him to death. Even with just the 1-2 pieces of Playful Cloud.
Add on a full arsenal Toji in his Shibuya state and Jogo gets low diffed.

Well, it did bring him back as he was when he died. And when he died, it was right after beating the two strongest sorcerers in the world, back to back. He flat out destroyed Geto with no preparation, and despite it taking more prep, beat Gojo as well. Teen or otherwise, there's not many who could accomplish that, other than Sukuna.
