Ingredients
200 g palm sugar
1 cup brown sugar
- 2 big fresh tomatoes
+ 1/2 cup water( blended well)
- 1 head pickle garlic
- 1/4 cup pickle garlic juice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp MSG
- 1/3 cup tapioca starch mixed with 3 tbsp water
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2/3 cup tamarind juice
- 2- 3 tbsp chili powder (your optional)
