I will be there for 6 days and I’m really looking forward to it. This will be my first trip to Belize. How much was the boat ferry? I’m still debating on whether to take the ferry or fly. I know it is about $70-$80 to fly one way. Or maybe fly then take the ferry back. I have a late afternoon flight back. What do you suggest?

Hey guys thanks for all the support to our channel. We'll be honest with you, we haven't really been anywhere outside of the US where our blackness was a problem. Some questions and pure curiosity but never problematic to us. Especially as Americans they see us as money or tourists rather.
I’d say renting a private residence at mohagony bay is better. The resort itself is waaaay overpriced, like beyond overpriced, to the point you feel scammed. So I wouldn’t stay here on resort side, but mahogany bay has residential area, and I would rent a house there, it’s true that you don’t have access to main pool but you DO have access to pool club which is separate, also another thing you don’t have access to is that private beach but you can do find your own beach elsewhere :) So skip the resort and rent a residential property at mahogany bay. And Mahogany bay should take it as criticism and up their game if they don’t want to be a failure like many hotels do. You charge so much money at least give a descent service, I mean look at that pool area, does that look like a luxury hotel pool? lol, not inviting at all, I was there in March and I was shocked, for the price they charge that should be a luxury infinity pool, the bare minimum they can do is stain the deck around the pool, it looks like it was built in 1900s not in 2017. There are NO amenities, that gym looked pathetic and everything was broken in it. I mean I couldn’t believe I was getting “legally” scammed. Food and restaurants there was sooo overpriced as well although I do admit they were good, really good, nevertheless still overpriced. Like a steak was $150 that’s how much overpriced. Anyway, they need to add more amenities and make it more luxury if they claim to be luxury resort.

paradice...my aunt's fanny..... if you like the smell of the town's sewage settling ponds...in an overpriced condo.... then that is the place for you..... ENJOY
I would not stay here way overpriced. $50 per day resort fee at check in. 10,% dining fee for the house, on and on. Much better experience elsewhere. Towels are like gold and hard to get. Disney prices at no Disney experience. You talk to none of these fees so I'm guessing you've got a discount for making the video.

Many placces will take the USD but you will get better value having the BZD. It is up to you though!
