I can't get my front door to show up on my Echo show when I ask to "Show me the front door" It will show briefly when the doorbell is wrong and I can drop in on other shows in my home just not my new doorbell Any suggestions?
I’m with the same problem. 2 years ago it worked perfectly but it stopped working. I contacted Amazon and Ring but they blame each other for this problem. I’ve tried different routines but nothing works. Ring works ok with my phone but the problem is the Echo Show. I only bought the Echo Show for this and now I feel I threw my money to the garbage.
Thanks Daniel. Question. Will the Echo display all Ring cameras simultaneously or only if motion is detected. Im using my Samsung Tablet which gives me all cameras on display, and the Dots scattered throughout the house. Thanks in advance. Mike
I followed your video and setup successully. however, it still does not play the sound from the echo show when I was pressing the ring doorbell. it is strange. I want to use echo show as a chime

No. It has a lot of known issues. I have both and they stopped working correctly months ago and Amazon can’t fix this. I’m thinking about selling the Amazon Echo Show and just use Ring with my phone.

Yeah is awful. They don’t know how to fix known issues. I’ve been talking on the phone with Amazon customer service for months trying to fix some issues but they don’t know how… they are so bad.
The echo show is so bad. 2 years ago it worked with the ring. I had a routine when someone pressed the ring and will automatically open the Ring camera with the microphone activated and it worked for a few months. Now it doesn’t work anymore, only shows on screen for 10-15 seconds and then it closes. Is so frustating… I’ll never buy another Amazon product they don’t give a good support to their devices.

how do you stop Alexa from saying "someone is at the front door"? I just want the doorbell sound.
My echo is displaying the words “motion detected at front door” and not the video feed. Any idea how to correct this?
It’s an Amazon known issue but they can’t fix it. There is a lot of posts forums talking about it. Amazon devices stopped being good.

I believe Ring is the only doorbell that has the functionality to show the video through Echo. Other doorbell’s don’t have the capability
