Welcome to Hot Topics! This is the next video of a series of topics that are discussed by Pastor Robert Furrow of Calvary Tucson.
Today on Hot Topics, Robert will talk about Why I believe in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture.
"Jesus said in Matthew 24:21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. This is known as the tribulation period. Today I want to show you why I believe we will be take in the rapture before it happens..."

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
17And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
18And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

This video is being of great help , dear pastor and I thank you wholeheartedly. The main point of clarification and insight was and is what you said of the timing of being prepared. If rapture happens mid trib and end- of- trib , that implies we don't need to be ready now ( we can take it easy) but if the rapture is pretrib ( unknown when) we should stand our guard and be ready NOW just as Our Lord ordered us to be. 🙏🤝👏

The rapture is not meant to be a surprise to the true Christian that was why Jesus and the New Testament writers emphasized the need to “watch” so that the day rapture does not take one by surprise. The rapture will only be a surprise to unbelievers and “christians” who are not watching. I’m still studying this topic, but in my opinion, the rapture will have the same effect of surprise to those it will surprise whether it is pre- or mid. I don’t believe in a post-rapture because, by that time it would be clear to the whole world that God’s wrath is in full swing (Rev 6:16,17) so a rapture would not be surprising.

2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

@@mattyounts9400 I respectfully have to disagree with your chronology of events. It is a mistake to equate the trumpet blast for the rapture with the fourth trumpet of judgement! A plain reading of scripture indicates that the rapture does not occur after the 4th trumpet. Here are a few pointers:
      1. After the fourth trumpet there is no indication whatsoever of a rapture (or a gathering, if you like) of saints.
      2. Revelation 7 (which very much portrays a rapture of saints) occurs between the 6th and the 7th seals.
      3. The confession of people on earth after the opening of the 6th seal (Rev 6:12-17) clearly indicate that the wrath of God was about to commence. Note that this was BEFORE any of the 7 trumpets of judgements were blown.
      4. Since God's people are not appointed unto wrath, it only makes sense that there is a gathering (rapture) of saints between the 6th and the 7th seals, and BEFORE the trumpet judgements
      5. The cosmic disturbances described after the opening of the 6th seal (Rev 6:12-14) correlates better with Jesus' description of the events than those described after the 4th trumpet.

@@JoshTUBE6 Yes, yes I can see this. Thank you. The sun is darkened after the opening of the 6th seal according to Rev. 6:12. That would be the first indication of the sun and moon darkened. What was Paul talking about in 1 Corinthians 15:52? What last trump?
So, when is the Antichrist revealed? At the start of tribulation or middle?Matthew 24:15 says when he stands in the
Holy Place. Is this in the midst or middle of the week as described in Daniel 9:27?
To me, it sounds like we are here for the tribulation. Jesus has always been with his people and seen his people through in various circumstances. We have to face the first 6 seals which include the 4 horsemen, with the last being the pale horse of Hell (Rev. 6:8).
I see what you are saying and will study it more. Thank you for your correction. I have just been confused as to what Paul meant in Corinthians about the last trump. Please, I’d like to continue. What is your view on when we get outta here!?!

Thank you for bringing this topic up. But kindly clarify - are you saying that the great tribulation and the wrath of God are the same? And you mentioned 1 Corinthians 15:52 - "in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the LAST TRUMPET. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed". Is this "last" trumpet same as the seventh trumpet mentioned in Revelations 11:15. Kindly shed further light on this subject.

Jeffrey, thanks for you patients. yes I am saying the tribulation period is the same as the Wrath of God. This seven year period seen in Revelation 6-18, starts with he lamb of God opening the first seal. so the wrath of the lamb comes for the Lamb. as far as the last trumpet goes, we don't know if this is the last trumpet in a serious of Trumpets or the Last one ever. you could say "it is the last day" but did you mean the last day of the week or the last day ever. we have to look at the context to figure out what the last trumpet is and unfortunately over the years many scholars have disagreed. hope this helps

The entire tribulation is the "WRATH" of God. There are numerous words/phrases that are used to refer to the tribulation, i.e. "day/time/period/hour", etc. We know it is not a "DAY" as we measure time, nor an "HOUR" like we would count on our clocks. A sampling of that & how it is defined/described is found in *Zeph **1:14**-17...*
The great *DAY* of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the *DAY* of the LORD: the _MIGHTY MEN SHALL CRY THERE BITTERLY_
That *DAY* is a day of _WRATH_ a *DAY* of _TROUBLE AND DISTRESS_ a *DAY* of _WASTENESS and DESOLATION,_ a *DAY* of _DARKNESS and GLOOMINESS,_ a *DAY* of _CLOUDS and THICK DARKNESS_

A *DAY* of the trumpet and _ALARM_ against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.

And I will bring _DISTRESS_ upon men, that _THEY SHALL WALK AS BLIND MEN,_ because they have sinned against the LORD: and their _BLOOD SHALL BE POURED OUT_ as dust, and their flesh as the _DUNG_

Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the *DAY* of the _LORD'S WRATH:_ but the whole land shall be _DEVOURED_ by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

Hi Vickie, thank you for sharing your story. John chapter 1 teaches that every person who receives Jesus through faith becomes a child of God. If you have received Jesus then you are a child of God, born again, and sealed by the Holy Spirit. These are promises in God's word and we have the privilege of trusting his promises. Every Christian begins a process of becoming more like Jesus, and that process is called sanctification. A few things may be helpful for you: 1) Do you have Christian friends who encourage you and pray with you? We are here to help one another. 2) Read the Bible and write down the promises of God. Pay attention to verses that reveal the character of God. These are so encouraging! 3) Pray. Prayer can be thanking God for who he is, for what he does, and for what he promises. Prayer can be pouring your heart out to him and telling him how you are feeling. Finally, as God reveals areas in life that he is not pleased with, agree with him and his word. Ask him for the strength to turn from those thoughts and actions. Do not get discouraged by the process of being changed by the Spirit of God. If you need counsel, you're welcome to contact our church at calvarytucson.com.

What all or most of the pre-tribers believe is that the tribulation is the wrath of God. But it is not. It is the wrath of Satan against the church. We the church are the elect of God, Matthew 24. If you compare Mathew 24 with Rev 6 you can see where the tribulation is, and when the wrath of God begins.
Obviously Christians are here to see the beast and the false prophet. That is not debatable. What the pre-tribers do is divide the church. The apostle paul had only 2 groups of Christians. The dead in Christ, and we who are alive and remain. You have 3.
Rev 20 Then the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for [a]a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This the first resurrection.

These are the very same souls under the altar in rev 6 9. They are the tribulation saints people who become born agian believers during daniels 70th week.
Now read 1st thessalonians 4 16 these dead in Christ are dead right now as we speak people like the deciples Paul Stephen early church fathers our grandparents etc... they cant very well be beheaded if they are already dead and in heaven with Jesus right now can they!
1st thessalonians 4 16 18 and rev 20 4 are two separate groups of people unless you've found a scripture in the bible that says that people who are dead right now come back to life so they can get their heads chopped off. And I think you and I both know there is no such scripture.
First reserection does not mean one it simply means anyone in the first reserection are believers from old testament till the second coming
Jesus is first fruits of the first reserection 1st Corinthians 15 20 23
      Then the church is reserected and raptured 1st Corinthians 15 50 55 and 1st thessalonians 4 16 18 and 2nd thessalonians 2 6 8
Then the two witnesses are reserected rev 11 3 14 then the last part of the first reserection in rev 20 4 when the old testament saints and tribulation saints are reserected.
All of these are part of the first reserection.
The other reserection is for the lost of all time rev 20 11 15
And the 21 judgments are Gods judgments on an unbelieving earth. Satan has no power except what God allows. God is the one pulling the strings not satan.
God has given satan power to test thats it read the book of job.
Christians are here to see the beast and false prophet not the church.
      Question:
If the rapture occurs at the second coming as you are suggesting how does the earth get repopulated during the millennial kingdom if all believers recieve their glorified bodies at the second coming? Who enters into the millennial kingdom and who does not?
There has to be people in their natural bodies that can enter into the millennial kingdom be given in marriage and bare children! How does that happen if the rapture occurs at the second coming?

    1 Thessalonians 4:15-17
    (15) According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. (16) For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. (17) After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
2 Thessalonians 2 talks about the Rapture clarifying what Paul told them in 1 Thessalonians
    Matthew 24 29-31
    (29) “But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from [r]the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. (30) And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory. (31) And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His [t]elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.
    Matthew 24:10-13
    (10) And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
    (11) And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. (12) And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. (13) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

If there is no Pretrib rapture in Matt. 24 then where did it come from? Do you have any reason to think the "appearing" and the "coming" of Matt 24 is any different than the "appearing" and "coming" terms Paul uses to describe HIs return?

    • @RobertFurrow
      @RobertFurrow  3 года назад

The context of Matthew 24 is set by three questions asked by Jesus' disciples, and they all relate to events surrounding Jerusalem and Israel. In contrast, 1 Thessalonians 4 and 1 Corinthians 15 speak of a rapture event, when the church is "caught up" (raptured) to meet the Lord in the air. The rapture is the event when the church is taken into heaven, whereas the second coming of Christ is his return to earth.

There is a 5th rapture-belief that pre-tribulation pastors don't compare, which is the Preterist view whereby the 7 years of tribulation have already occurred in 70AD, and that all scriptures within Revelation are already fulfilled. Not that I believe in the Preterist doctrine, but it would be great to hear from Pre-Tribulation pastors that they are aware that this belief is still widely preached today, especially in the Lutheran church.

      Sonia Tolson May I ask you this? the pre-tribulation theory teach that the church will be secretly rapture and followed by the great tribulation or there will be no precursor of any events before the rapture takes place. But it contradicts scripture as the following scripture affirmed otherwise;
      #1. (2Th 2:1) Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, (2Th 2:3) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
#2. Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: (Mat 24:30) And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.(Mat 24:31) And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
#1. Note in 2Th2:1, 3 clearly stated the two events must take place that is the falling away FIRST and that man of sin before the secret rapture can take place.
#2. In Matthew 24:29-31 the gathering of the saints would only happen in Mat24:29 immediately after the tribulation with cosmic calamity then only the Son of Man appear.
Appreciate if you could support your theory that there is no precursor of events prior to the secret rapture due to its imminency nature. Thank you.

      DANIEL 12:1-2
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great Prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and they shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
      2
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the Earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to everlasting contempt.
Notice how Daniel describes it, Michael stand up, then tribulation start, and after the tribulation we have resurrection and rapture..
Now let me show you how Jeremiah describe the condition of the world after the tribulation ( at Jesus second coming )
      KJV Jeremiah 4
23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
24 I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.
25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger.
27 For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end.
28 For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black: because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent, neither will I turn back from it.
      Look at verse 23
The Earth is without Form and void.
Jeremiah is using Genesis language when the Earth was without Form and void there was no human being.
After the tribulation Jesus comes back, the wicked are destroyed and the saints are taken up to heaven for 1000 years,, the Earth Lay desolate without inhabitants for 1000 years only Satan and his demon Angels are in it with no lights.
That's the prison the Bible is talking about when Satan is bound for 1000 years, because no human being can survive in that condition the Earth is in, neither there was any human being alive in Genesis when the Earth was without Form, but Satan was there.
That's why evil was in the Earth before God made Adam.

Believing members of the ''Church Jesus built'' should apply the Acts 17:11 test to every teaching knowing, we are living in a day when every wind of doctrine is blowing...amen? So, I asked you the question which I was hoping you could be a little more specific. Why? Because every denomination out here claim they are the true ''Church''. So please let me be a little more specific in my question. Let's say you are driving a van, heading to church services. Riding with you (all dedicated Christians) is a mix of Anglican / Episcopal, Assembly of God, Baptist, Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, Roman Catholic and a fellow Calvary Tucson member. All have sinned and all believe salvation is by faith in Jesus.
Suddenly...the long predicted rapture, (as you understand it) Now my question...(I'm not asking you to judge) To experience this pre trib rapture, what Spiritual condition would you and the rest have to be in? As Walter Martian would say, this is not a trick question. Would it be unfair to say..''If you, for whatever reason refuse or can't give a reasonable answer how do you know you will experience it''? Brother Furrow, do you know with out a doubt you would be raptured if it took place 10 minutes after you read this request? If yes, please explain why you would and another would not? Would the fellow Calvary member who is living in open sin but believes, be passed over? If your answer is...''just believe'' then everyone in the van will be raptured? If not, please define ''believe''.
The early church, when asked..''What must I do to be saved'' had a quick clear answer. So today many ask ''what must a believer do to be a part of the pre trib rapture you believe and preach with conviction?
      Thanks!

  • @murci422
    @murci422 3 года назад +3

The great tribulation must not be confused with Gods wrath. They are not mingled with each other in Scripture so we can know and understand the distinction.
In scripture, tribulation is defined as "believers" in harms way of unbelievers. Gods wrath is defined as God judging the unbelievers as a consequence (in that order). It is important to note that the rapture (ends) the tribulation of the church just as the wrath of God (ends) the wrath of Satan.
The enemies of God cannot harm the church if the church is raptured and removed just as there can be no tribulation by unbelievers if there are no believers to cause tribulation to. This is why the order is so critical to understand because it affects the timing of the rapture.
With that being said, many will say the rapture will still be pretribulational. They will argue that unbelievers will have believers to harm after the rapture has occurred, and they call them "tribulation saints"... those who are "left behind" and (come to Christ) after the rapture of the church has happened. The issue with that is abundantly clear. We don't have ANY scriptural evidence of a revival or the like, occurring during this period of time. On the contrary, what we see is a repeat of what ppl were like during the days of Noah and Lot. What we see is the love of many growing cold. A defection of the faith. An apostasy. We see impossible harsh conditions such as the mark of the beast where you can only buy or sell by taking the mark. We see Persecution for holding to Christ and his name. We see grave pressure being applied for not worshipping the beast or his image. Imprisonment. Believers being murdered, beheaded for the testimony of Christ. The wicked (NOT REPENTING) for there thefts, sexual immorality and sorceries. What we read in the bible betrays the pretrib idea of (left behind tribulation saints) who come to Christ after the rapture. During Gods wrath, men curse God for the heat of the sun scorching them and so on. We even see men running from God crying for the rocks to fall on them. It is my sincerest understanding that God will clearly March every believer that will beIn and shut the door on every unbeliever who wont be (as he did in the parable of the 10 virgins). The evidence shows, there is no acceptance of God from the wicked after the rapture... nor during Gods wrath. They have filled their cup with Gods wrath and God will make sure they drink every drop.
    Sidenote:
The only ones who will remain on earth and be protected are the 144,000. We know this because during Gods wrath the scorpion like locusts will not be able to harm anyone with the seal of God on their forehead. The only ones mentioned with that description are the 144,000.
I'd like to address the arguments for a pretrib timing of the rapture in this video one by one:
    In 6:00 to 6:11
Daniel's 70th week does not mean a 7 year tribulation period. Daniel's 70th week is said to be a period lasting exactly 7 years. The sign of a true prophet of God is the prophecy (must) come to pass exactly as foretold. So basically Daniel's final 7 year prophecy is cast in stone, meaning it must be 7 years in duration. In Matthew 24 Jesus makes a reference to Daniel's prophecy where he says those days, are "cut short". So here is the problem. If we make all of Daniel's 70th week, "the great tribulation", then you create the contradiction. You compromise Daniel's 7 year period which has been foretold as lasting 7 years in duration for something shorter. This is one of many reasons why we shouldn't call Daniel's 70th week "the 7 year tribulation". The answer is simple. The great tribulation is not 7 years long as Daniel's 70th week is. It is the great tribulation that gets cut short via the rapture... not Daniel's 7 year prophecy. It is important not to confuse tribulation with Gods wrath and combine them together as he seems to do in this video.
Make no mistake, Gods wrath and tribulation are 2 different things....Tribulation ultimately comes from Satan to harm believers. Wrath ultimately comes from God to punish unbelievers. We are not appointed to suffer (wrath), he never said we are not appointed to suffer (tribulation).
    In 7:09
He proof texts Revelation 3:10 where it says:
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, (I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world), to try them that dwell upon the earth.
If the "hour of temptation" means (Gods wrath) then there is no issue. All of the rapture views from pretrib to midtrib to prewrath and posttrib agree that we are not appointed to Gods wrath. On the other hand if he believes the hour of temptation is (tribulation) then it would render what jesus specifically said to the church at Philadelphia pointless. Jesus promises the church at Philadelphia that he would keep them from this particular "hour of temptation". If that means the great tribulation then he might as well have given the same promise to the other churches including Laodicea because the great tribulation (hour of testing) still has not happened which means all 7 churches benefited from the same promise that was ONLY given to Philadelphia. No one from the 7 churches are here.... and the great tribulation still hasn't happened. By making the hour of testing the great tribulation the promise given only to Philadelphia ends up being given to all of them. Even Philadelphia was admonished to "overcome". This implies enduring what was happening all around them. If we are going to use the church at Philadelphia as a type and shadow of the rapture I wouldn't mind....provided the hour of testing is the wrath of God. It falls apart for the pretrib camp as soon as they try to make the hour of testing "tribulation".
The Rev 3:10 proof text can be easily undone by Rev 2:10 with the church at Smyrna where it says: "Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, (the devil shall cast some of you into prison), that ye may be tried; (and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death), and I will give thee a crown of life.
Rev 2:10 can be argued to cancel the pretrib timing of the rapture. Scripture cannot be broken so if we see what looks like a contradiction we must dig deeper. Using Rev 3:10 as a way to prove a pretrib timing of the rapture is a stretch of the imagination. A pretrib rapture does not arise naturally in the bible.
Finally he uses Luke 21:36 as another proof text around 9 minutes into the video and takes care to point out the word "Escape" to prove a pretrib rapture.
Luke 21:36 says, "Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted (worthy to escape all these things) that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Luke 21 is considered the olivet discourse. Matthew 24 and Mark 13 is also the olivet discourse. It is good to read all 3 to get an expanded understanding. Basically the context is concerning those living in judea at a time when Jerusalem has a temple and the antichrist defiles it... its it's a warning to quickly get out of the city and into the mountains. In Matthew 24 the word used is "flee".
Then let them which be in Judaea (flee into the mountains).
In Luke 21:36 the context is the same as Mathew 24. Here in Luke 21 the greek word for "escape" is ekpheugo. It literally means to "flee" exactly like Matthew 24. Luke 21:36 is not at all about a rapture of the church.... it is literally about getting out of the city as fast as possible. We even know where they are told to flee... to the mountains.
    Hope this helps someone

You and I will be here to the end sir. Think about it, his coming is talked about all through the Bible, but this 7 year party is not mentioned clearly once. Not once, when everything else is repeated over and over. It just doesn't add up and you're in for a big let down. You need to prepare your heart and stay close to God. I'm a pre-tribber for many reasons: The ecclesia (church) is not mentioned even once in all the 14 chapters of Revelation that cover the tribulation period, even though the first three chapters mention the Church four times...in the span of just three chapters, but the span of 14 chapters, from 6-19 say nothing about the Church, although there will be saints who come to Christ Jesus in faith during the tribulation period after they see the disappearance of the Church, as suggested in the parable of the ten virgins. God's wrath was poured out upon Christ Jesus on the cross, and nowhere does the word of God say that His wrath will then be poured out upon those who are redeemed by the One upon whom the wrath was poured. That would be like the Father pouring out His wrath upon the body of His own Son AGAIN. That simply is not biblical. Harpazo, snatched away, as descriptive wording in the Greek gives ample indication that the Church is snatched away from something.
There are some preachers who claim that the only portion of God's wrath is the bowl judgments. Umm, hello! Who is the One opening the seals at the beginning? Is He not also the One who commands the angels who blow the trumpets, and those who hold the bowls of His wrath? They all release upon the earth what has never been seen before, and never will be seen again. The entire seven years is all a part of the last week of years of Jacob's Trouble spoken of in Daniel.
The PURPOSE is also something we must consider, which is for the Lord to bring His covenant people to Christ, which will only be those last 1/3rd of the remnant Jews left after the armies of the world wipe out 2/3rds at the Battle of Armageddon, at which time Jesus will come to earth a second time, setting His feet upon Mt. Zion, which splits in two, shaking the whole earth.
There are many other reasons, and you can learn many of them from Dr. John Barnett on His RUclips channel DTBM.

Christians are not excluded from judgment of our lives. We are judged based on what we did for the kingdom, not because we turned away from Christ. The tribulation is a judgment upon the lost world for rejecting the message of Christ and to deal with Israel and bring them back to God. In other words, it's not about the church. Its about the lost.

Hi- I appreciate the video and the dialogue. I’ve concluded, however, that Jesus will come back AFTER the tribulation. Here’s why:
In 3 different instances in the Gospels, Jesus basically says (because He was asked by the apostles) : “After the tribulation, the sun & the moon go dark, then I come back”. There is a huge difference between the tribulation (what the world does to us believers) and God’s Wrath (what God does to the non-believing world).
Matthew 24: 29-31 (KJV) Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Mark 13: 23-27 (KJV) But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things. But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
Luke 21: 25-28 (KJV) And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
The main misunderstanding that I see is that folks confuse “tribulation” with “wrath”. They are two separate occurrences. As bad as the Great Tribulation will be, I think the worst time in the history of the world will actually be AFTER that, during the wrath of God which occurs after the rapture. We as Christians may suffer persecution/tribulation, but that will pale in comparison to God’s wrath. After the rapture, the Day of the Lord {not the Day of Christ} begins. After the 6th seal is opened. The Wrath of God commences- the worst events the earth has ever- or will ever be -seen. About 1040 days later, the church- led by Jesus- returns to earth. The Millennial Reign begins (can’t wait 😎👍🙂)
Either way, let’s be ready my brothers and sisters!

Pre-tricker pastors don't like to admit the tribulation is the first part and at the last trumpet the wrath starts
Here's just a thought and my view on why there will be no Pre-trib, Mid-trib, Why would it be Pre-trib, who would the Antichrist be trying too impersonate or counterfit? Because buy the time the Antichrist arrived there would have been not Church nor saints here for around three and half year. Also by the time the Great Tribulation would have started. By then everybody would have of forgotten who Jesus even was to impersonate or counterfit by then, you know how easy people forget. I believe in a post-tribulation rapture because 1) If we are raptured before the great tribulation then who are the saints that the antichrist is given authority to war against? 2) Who are the saints in heaven that went through the great tribulation? 3) Why is getting the mark of the beast a salvation issue if we're not going to be here? 4) Who are the saints that Jesus puts his mark on them if we're not going to be here? 5) pre tribulation was NEVER taught in church history until the 1800's and even then it's only taught in the western church 6) scripture indicates that the rapture and Jesus second coming are on the SAME day, 7) Jesus tells an angel who is going to create havoc on the earth not to touch the saints that have His mark on their foreheads 8) If we're not going to witness the events of Revelations than what was the point in WARNING the church and saying that those who study revelations are blessed? A pre-tribulation rapture is NOT Biblical and it is only inferred on passages that have nothing to do with the tribulation and rapture. The pre-trib belief is so popular among Americans because we have no IDEA what it's like to be persecuted for our faith, and frankly it scares us. However, Christians around the world have been persecuted for years and are prepared. Look at the Christians in Afghanistan. They are fleeing to the mountains because the Taliban are hunting them down and slaughtering them. We can't even comprehend what that feeling is like.

Yet.. you should be very careful about placing so much of your own interpretation into this subject, pretending that you know the ways our Lord and how he will execute the end days. Put your faith in God. In fact, to be so sure that you will be redeemed by the Lord is imo in itself sort of sacrilegious. You should not place so much faith in any one explanation. There is only one fact that should matter; Your faith in Jesus, and that he died for our sins, was resurrected, and will eventually return to judge us all in the name of God.

The vid has misunderstood that not experiencing the wrath simply means faithful believers will not be judged by God during it and therefore not spiritually die (go to hell), not that you will not see God's wrath occurring around you. Escape means escaping spiritual death (judgement) during the Tribulation which does not mean escaping being present at the time the T occurs. This is an essential and important distinction. One cannot get past Matt 24:29-31 where the Lord clearly says the people will be 'taken' from the earth After the 'unequalled' (no worse events coming after it) Tribulation at the time.

Contrast that with Rev 6 when the second rider takes peace from the earth (also Isaiah 54:17 says no weapon, the sword of the ravager, possibly the sword of the second horseman will not succeed). Also, Isaiah 54:10 seems to address the great earthquake in Rev 6:9-17. Isaiah 54:10 address the mountains and hills (islands?) that will be removed (found in rev 6:14). The Lord says that his love will not be removed from his children in this time. Do all these things mean that God will be with those who endure these things, or that God will remove them?

The rapture issue is really a simple matter that many people have greatly complicated over the years. How can it be simple? There are only 2 main scriptures you need to know. These are 1. Mt. 13:24-30 Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed ears, then the weeds also appeared. “The owner’s servants came to him and said, `Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’ “`An enemy did this,’ he replied. “The servants asked him, `Do you want us to go and pull them up?’ “`No,’ he answered, `because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’“
The 1st clue is "Let both grow together until the harvest." When you know when that time is you will have the answer. Does the Bible tell us when the harvest will be? Yes. Where in scripture is it? 2. The book of Revelation chapter 14; Re. 14:14-20 I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one “like a son of man” with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested. Another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, “Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth’s vine, because its grapes are ripe.” The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath. They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses’ bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia. [That is, about 180 miles (about 300 kilometres)]
The scripture in Matthew is a parable which is a story Jesus told to make a point. Every parable has truth in it even though some of the scenarios may not actually have happened exactly as described. So an explanation is needed.
Mt. 13:10-17 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?” He replied, “The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him. This is why I speak to them in parables: “Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand. In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: “`You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ [Isaiah 6:9,10] But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. For I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous men longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it".
What about all the other scriptures about the rapture? Some are legitimate and some have nothing to do with it. This agrees with all the legitimate NT scriptures. I'll reference some here if you want to do further study: Mt. 24:30-31, I Th. 5:1-11, II Th. 2:1-12, I Co. 15:51-58.

Is there going to be a resurrection when Jesus comes to get the church?
John said he saw in the first resurrection the belivers who were murdered by the antichrist during the last three and a half year period, so if these believers who will be murdered by the Antichrist during his reign, how can u have a Rapture of any kind at the beginning of the seven year period, which would certainly exclude the great tribulation believer's?

    I personally believe in POST-TRIBULATION
In Matthew 13:24-30 it says letting the weeds (unbelievers) grow together with the wheat (believers) until the day of harvest (judgement day), which is Gods second coming. so Its not excluding the church from the tribulation. and most pre-trib believers think the tribulation is Gods wrath but its not, in rev 19:15 it clearly is talking about judgment day being Gods wrath and the tribulation being satans wrath rev 12:12.

Doesn't the pre-tribulation rapture have one major logical fallacy? If there is a seven year period, After the pre-trip rapture was to take place, every man woman and child on the earth would be able to set their clocks to exactly 7 years later and everybody would be able to know the day and the hour of the return of Christ. The return of Christ is the parousia which means second advent or physical return of Christ to the earth.

Hi Robert. Good name. I am a Robert too.
My point is if there were a 7 year tribulation as pre-trib teaches, and we are taken up 7 years prior, every person on earth will then be able to know the day and hour of Christ's physical return BECAUSE they knew the exact MINUTE every one disappeared. Or do you have another TAKE on Christ's parousia (2nd advent physical return) or are you pre-trib rapture, dispensational POST-millennialist?
You can't be pre-millennial in theology and not hold to what I said that every person CAN know the day or the hour if 1. the rapture is exactly 7 years long, and 2. the rapture took place exactly right BEFORE a 7 year tribulation starts, and 3. ends exactly 7 years later with a physical 1,000 year reign of Christ on earth (pre-millennialism) starting immediately. I'm just going by what pre-trib rapture teaches here. Can't you see the logical fallacy?
So do you have another TAKE? I can kind of see if you were post-millennial.

@@sacredcowtipper1378 Great question, but who's clock are you starting the time with? Even my phone strikes the hour a second or two differently than my wife's phone. What would they be counting for? Would their focus be on s/thing totally different than watching the clock tick away? With all that will be taking place, saying people would be frenzied & fearful would be an understatement...how about in *SHOCK?*
Who would be concerned about the "EXACT" time at that time? And this may be too simple of an illustration, but even if I told the children that grandma & grandpa were _COMING_ this Saturday to visit, couldn't they show up at 10:00, 12:00 or even 3:00 and there still be the element of surprise when they actually arrived? Either way...
When the tribulation "begins", I don't think there's a timer set for *_EXACTLY_* 7 years where it would be *_EXACTLY_* 3,681,720 minutes down to the second, where people could, or even *WOULD* for that matter actually count down His return. Will there be those who in the "last hour" still be pleading for "MORE TIME"? There will be that "shock & awe" & element of surprise when He is finally seen by every eye, and *ALSO* during the entire period.
People will be carried off to judgement in unbelief and defiance, *REGARDLESS* of what will be taking place. Would a/one think that those still here during the tribulation till the end will be able to even think straight?
Recall *Luke 16:31* where it says, "And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead."...sooooo, "If they are enduring things that nobody in their wildest dreams would have imagined or thought would come to pass, neither will they be persuaded during all of the tribulation". After all...they chose not to believe in the 1st place, right? Those that don't accept the Truth will go into eternity kicking, screaming & *DENYING* all of it.
*Matt **24:22**,23* says, "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not". I u/stand that to say, that the destruction, terror and all the rest will be so severe, that if God doesn't step in and call an end to it, that EVERYONE would be killed off.
People will want it to come to a close, but for different reasons. Those that take the mark of the beast will be wanting God to put them out of their misery (which will never happen), and those that "endure till the end" will be longing for peace & comfort by way of Christ the King, but I doubt a/one is watching the proverbial clock.

HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT BY THE WESTERN CHURCH THIS UNHEARD OF CONCEPT SINCE 1825/1830. I THINK YOU ARE TRYING TO GET AROUND THE 7 YEAR THING KMAN. I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING BUT WHETHER IT IS A FEW HOURS HERE OR THERE ISN'T A BIG DEAL. THEY CAN STILL ADJUST THEIR CALENDARS. KEEP IN MIND THE 490 YEAR PROPHECY TO THE TIME OF JESUS' DEATH LANDS ON THE EXACT DAY OF HIS DEATH. I DON'T HOLD TO A 7-YEAR TRIBULATION ALTHOUGH I THINK IT MAY LAST THAT LONG OR A LITTLE SHORTER OR 10 YEARS LONGER EVEN.

      Part two:
When the tribulation "begins", I don't think there's a timer set for EXACTLY 7 years where it would be EXACTLY 3,681,720 minutes down to the second, where people could, or even WOULD for that matter actually count down His return. Will there be those who in the "last hour" still be pleading for "MORE TIME"? There will be that "shock & awe" & element of surprise when He is finally seen by every eye, and ALSO during the entire period.
YOU DID THE MATH. GOOD MAN. I DO STUFF LIKE THAT SO NOW WE KNOW WE ARE BOTH ANAL RETENTIVE. LOL.
I DON'T HOLD TO A PRE-TRIB RAPTURE BUT THEY TEACH THEIR WEDDING FEAST IS 7 YEARS. THEY ARE THE DOGMATIC ONES. I LISTENED TO A FAMOUS PASTOR BILLY CRONE THE OTHER DAY SAY IF YOU WERE NOT PRE-TRIB YOU WERE A DECEIVER ADN HE TOTALLY MISQUOTED THE APOSTLE PAUL TALKING ABOUT HYMENAEUS AND MILETUS WHICH WERE PROBALBY PRE-TRIBBERS. POST-TRIBBERS DO NOT DATE-SET AND NOT ONE POST-TRIBBER HAS EVER SAID THE RESURRECTION HAS ALREADY PAST. HE USED A PASSAGE THAT HAD NTOHING TO DO WIHT HIS TEACHING TO TRY TO PROVE HIS TEACHING (EISOGESIS THEY CALL THIS IN THEOLOGY). HE WASN'T EXEGETING SCRITPURE AT ALL. SO ACCORDING TO BILLY, AND I DO LIKE BILLY EXCEPT FOR STATEMENTS LIKE THAT, THAT MEANS EVERYONE FROM 30AD TO 1825AD WERE DECEIVERS. TOO FUNNY AND THAT WAS WITCHCRAFT HE WAS USING BY MANIPULATING WITH HIS WORDS TO KEEP HIS PEOPLE FROM LOOKING AT OTHER VIEWS WHICH WERE THE ONLY VIEWS TAUGHT FOR 1,800 YEARS UP TO 1825 WITH PASTOR EDWARD IRVING, HOOPER, DARBY [1830] AND A FEW OTHERS ALONG WITH THE MORNING JOURNAL, ALBURY CONFERENCES, ETC. TEACHING SOMETHING IS EXACTLY 7 YEARS IS DATE-SETTING ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT DOING THE HAROLD CAMPING 2011 ORDEAL AND WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT ENDED. YOU PERSONALLY MAY THINK IT COULD BE 7 1/2 TO 8 YEARS OR 6 1/2 BUT MY QUESTION INVOLVES WHAT MODERN PRE-TRIB RAPTURE TEACHERS AHVE TAUGHT FOR AT LEAST A HUNDRED YEARS. THE ORIGINAL PRE-TRIBBERS WERE ACTUALLY PARTIAL-TRIBBERS AND ONLY THE SUPER ONFIRE CHRISTIANS WOULD BE TAKEN ANYHOW.
People will be carried off to judgement in unbelief and defiance, REGARDLESS of what will be taking place. Would a/one think that those still here during the tribulation till the end will be able to even think straight?
VERY FEW WILL GET SAVED ACCORDING TO REVELATION AND ONLY A REMNANT OF JEWS WILL BE SAVED ACCORDING TO PAUL, ISAIAH, JESUS AND JOHN. ALSO 2/3RDS OF THEM WILL BE DESTROYED ACCORDING TO MODERN DAY PRE-TRIB TEACHING. WHICH BRINGS ME TO ANOTHER QUESTION, WHY ARE PRE-TRIBBERS PAYING TO SEND JEWS BACK INTO ISRAEL TO BE SLAUGHTERED YET THEY CALL ANYONE INCLUDING THOSE LIKE ME WHO GIVE THE GOSPEL TO JEWS BUT ARE NOT PRE-TRIB ANTISHEM? THAT IS WHAT PRE-TRIB TEACHES. 2/3RDS OF THE ENTIRE JEWISH POPULATION WERE KILLED IN 70AD AND THE YEARS LEADING UP TO IT IN THEIR REBELLIONS GAINST THE ROMAN GOVERNMENT. THEIR STARTED EATING THEIR CHILDREN IT WAS SO BAD AT THAT TIME JUST LIKE JEREMIAH PROPHECIED. COULD PRE-TRIBERS BE APPLYING WHAT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED LONG AGO TO WAY IN THE FUTURE? I'M NOT 100% SURE BUT IT COULD BE. THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TRIBULATION FOR THOSE IN THIS WORLD WHO FOLLOW JESUS IF THEY ARE TRULY SPEAKING THE TRUTH. IT'S REAL TO ME AS I HAVE HAD MORE THAN SHADOW-BANNING HAPPEN TO ME ON SOCIAL MEIDA. I EVNE EXPERIENCED A LITTLE BIT OF YOU CAN'T BUY OR SELL WIHTOUT THE MARK OF THE BEAST BY HAVING BUSINESS EMAILS BLOCKED SO I COULDN'T CONDUCT BUSINESS TO MAKE A LIVING. ISRAEL RIGHT NOW IS HAVING THEIR RIGHT HANDS SCANNED. KOVVVIIDDD IS JUST A CONDITIONING TO PREP PEOPLE TO BE USED TO HAVING THEIR FOREHEADS AND HANDS SCANNED. WE WILL BE HERE BROTHER. PREPARE YOUR HEART TO STAND TRUE FOR THE LORD.
Recall Luke 16:31 where it says, "And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead."...sooooo, "If they are enduring things that nobody in their wildest dreams would have imagined or thought would come to pass, neither will they be persuaded during all of the tribulation". After all...they chose not to believe in the 1st place, right? Those that don't accept the Truth will go into eternity kicking, screaming & DENYING all of it.
THERE WILL BE A STRONG DELUSION THAT IS FOR SURE. I AGREE WITH YOU BUT COULD PRE-TRIB TEACHING BE PART OF THAT DELUSION WITH TELLING EVERYONE THAT IS A CHRISTIAN THEY WILL NOT HAVE TO SUFFER AND GO THROUGH PERSECUTION? THINK ABOUT THAT KMAN. CHRISTIANS IN MUSLIM COUNTRIES, ISRAEL AND COMMUNIST COUNTRIES ARE SUFFERING ALL THE TIME RIGHT NOW BUT WE ARE TOLD IN OUR LUKEWARM COUNTRIES LIKE AMERICA THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO SUFFER AND WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE IT GETS BAD. AND THIS IS ALL BASED ON EISOGETING, NOT EXEGETING SCRIPTURE. DID YOU KNOW MANY LOST THEIR FAITH IN 1844, THE 1930'S AND AT OTHER TIMES SINCE PRE-TRIB & PARTIAL TRIB BEGAN BEING TAUGHT. THEIR FAITH WAS OVERTHROWN LIE WHEN HYMENAUS AND MILETUS SAID THE RESURRECTION WAS PASSED ALREADY? AND DOES NOT A BAD TREE BRING FORTH ONLY BAD FRUIT AS JESUS TAUGHT OR DID JESUS LIE? OVER---OVER 100 CULTS EVOLVED OUT OF PRE-TRIB AND THE MILLERITE MOVEMENT. IS THIS GOOD FRUIT? ZERO CULTS EVOLVED OUT OF POST-TRIB OR PRE-WRATH RAPTURE GROUPS THAT I AM AWARE OF.
SO WHY DOES PRE-TRIB TEACH A BIG REVIVAL IF WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS TRUE? IN REVELATION 11 THE TWO WITNESSES ARE KILLED IN THE STREETS OF JERUSALEM (SODOM AND EGYPT), PARTIES BEGIN, GIFTS ARE SENT TO ONE ANOTHER BECAUSE THESE TWO MEN TORMENTED THE PEOPLE OF THE EARTH FOR 3 1/2 YEARS. JESUS RETURNS AT THE 7TH TRUMPET, EARTHQUAKE HITS, 1/10TH OF THE CITY OF JERUSALEM FALLS AND A REMNANT GIVE GLORY TO GOD. IT DOESN'T EVEN SAY THEY GIVE JESUS GLORY. IT SAYS A REMNANT AT THE LAST TRUMP.
Matt 24:22,23 says, "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not". I u/stand that to say, that the destruction, terror and all the rest will be so severe, that if God doesn't step in and call an end to it, that EVERYONE would be killed off.
LET ME GIVE YOU MY TKAE WHICH YOU CAN RESEARCH AS IT IS VERY HISTORICAL. NOW THE GREAT REVOLT THAT LASTED 3 1/2 YEARS FROM 66 TO 70 AD FITS PERFECTLY WITH WHAT YOU JUST QUOTED. THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO JEWS LEFT ON THE PLANET HAD THE ROMAN ARMIES NOT LEFT FOR A SPELL (HSITORIANS DID NOT KNOW WHY THEY DID THAT), A VOICE TOLD THE CHRISTIANS IN JERUSALEM "GET HENCE FROM THIS PLACE" AND THE MESSIANIC JEWS FLEED TO THE WILDERNESS And flesh WAS SAVED. MOST CHRISTIANS DON'T KNOW ANY OF THE HSITORY OF THAT TIME PERIOD AND ARE SHOCKED TO FIND OUT A LOT OF THINGS FIT PERFECTLY. I BELEIVE IN DUAL FULFILLMENT AND AM NOT A PRETERIST BUT SOME THINGS DID HAPPEN IN THE PAST AND WE CANNOT IGNORE THAT. HISTORY DOES REPEAT ITSELF THOUGH.
People will want it to come to a close, but for different reasons. Those that take the mark of the beast will be wanting God to put them out of their misery (which will never happen), and those that "endure till the end" will be longing for peace & comfort by way of Christ the King, but I doubt a/one is watching the proverbial clock.
AMEN ON MOST OF THAT. AND MANY WILL NOT LOOK AT A CLOCK. YOUR MISSING MY POINT THOUGH.
MY POINT IS THAT IT WILL BE "POSSIBLE" TO KNOW THE DAY AND THE HOUR IF A TRIBULATION PERIOD IS EXACTLY 7 YEARS LONG AND IT HAPPENS EXACTLY 7 YEARS BEFORE THIS TRIBULATION STARTS. I'M JUST BASING THIS OFF PRE-TRIB TEACHING. JESUS SAID IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO KNOW AND EVEN HE HIMSELF DOESN'T KNOW. BUT IT IS POSSIBLE WITH THE PRE-TRIB RAPTURE HENCE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE VIEW.
WHETHER SOMEONE CARES ABOUT LOOKING AT A CLOCK OR NOT AT THAT TIME BECAUSE OF GOD THE FATHER'S WRATH IS BEING POURED OUT IS UNIMPORTANT IN WHAT I AM SAYING. SATAN AND HIS DEMONS WILL SURELY KNOW SO THEY HAVE INFORMATION THAT JESUS HIMSELF DOESN'T HAVE?
It's all an interesting thought, and while it may be insufficient for you to accept because of what you already believe, I see no problem with it, but will also study the matter out further Heading to bed...been up since 3:30, and will do it all over again in the morning.

UNTIL I LEARNED PRE-TRIB'S HISTORY AND SAW MANY LOGICAL FALLACIES IN THE TEACHING AND VERSES QUOTED OUT OF CONTEXT LIKE BILLY CRONE MASSIVELY DID YESTERDAY THTA I QUESTIONED IT FURTHER, STUDIED IT FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW AND NO ONE CAN ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS. This is something I noticed when you were reading 1 Thessalonians 4:15, "........we who remain until the coming of the Lord........" (coming of the Lord is the Day of the Lord; second coming of Jesus). This is the same as " the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ" in 2 Thessalonians 2:1 which you yourself agree is the second coming of Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 lines up with Matthew 24:29-31, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His [d]elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
Escaping is referencing the time when Satan will be released one last time to test those who dwell on the earth at the end of the Millennial reign and he will be killed once and for all. Those who were raptured at the second coming will not stand trial at the White Throne Judgement when the books are open because they were already saved incorruptable. Those who were found worthy from the millennial are not yet incorruptible until they stand before God in that hour. The test and the White Throne Judgement are that hour you talk about.
In regard to Daniel's 70th week; just one month prior to this video being posted, the new Prime Minister of Israel, Naftali Bennett announced the third temple will be built in 3 years. Naftali Bennett (first ever in the history of Israel was an Orthodox Jewish Prime Minister elected); he is part of an 8 faction coalition that ousted Benjamin Netanyahu out of office. Netanyahu would not approve the temple to be built because he felt it would be a policing nightmare to keep the peace between the Muslims and the Jews on the temple mount. This was something the Holy Spirit was showing me a few years ago.
The Holy Spirit was showing me Netanyahu was being used by God to keep the antichrist from being revealed by not allowing the third temple to be built and he was taken out of the way on June 13, 2021. The interesting thing about this is Israel's election cycle only happens once every four years. Because of complications in the election, for the purpose of keeping this short, there needed to be 3 redo elections to determine who would be Israel's next Prime Minister. Netanyahu lost all four times but God kept him in place as Prime Minister until the fourth election. These elections occurred in about a two and half year span.
The 8th faction coalition to Oust Netanyahu had 7 Jewish political parties and for the first time ever in Israel elections the 8th political party was Israeli Arab (Islamic). The policy in the past required all political parties to be Jewish only. Somewhere in all of this, the seven Jewish political parties and the leader of the 8th faction made a covenant for peace relating to the temple mount between Muslims and Jews to allow the Jews to build the third temple.
The tally of votes for the forth election took place on June 13, 2021 and Naftali Bennett was sworn in as the new Prime Minister of Israel; within a week of Bennett taking office, he announced on or near June 20, 2021 the third temple would be built in 3 years.
This could be a strong indication that Daniel's 70th week has begun. June 13 began a new week in Israel with a new government established (7 Jewish and the 8th Islamic). Revelation 17:9-11, "Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits. 10 There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time. 11 The beast that was, and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition.
The name Naftali is a biblical name from Jacob and Bilhah's second born Naphtali. Jacob was Isaac's second born. God changed Jacob's name to Israel.
In short the one that God used to restrain has been taken out of the way.
