Oh man the ending made me cry! Every horse has a lesson for us and there will always be one horse that will never be replaced. My horse Pepper is my heart horse and the way you spoke about Splash at the end made me think exactly the same of my relationship with her. Every second is a blessing. Really loved watching this. I wish I had any videos of me riding in the early 90's but I only have a couple of photos hehe
All I've ever wanted my whole life was to have a horse of my own. You are so, so blessed. It was so cute to watch you ride on Guy! I started on a little gray mustang too :)
You are such an inspiration to me. I watched your rotational fall video and I’m amazed you’re still here. It’s inspiring to me that after a fall that you nearly died from, that you still have the compassion to ride! Maddi 🌿

But I still know that despite his flaws no horse in the world could ever replace him.
I ended up loving this video so much! Best riding story I have watched so far! I have watched tape recordings of my old pass, and I am literally a year after you. Parts of the videos make me cry at times, at how much time has gone and some of the people that have gone in my life that I miss and cherish in my heart.
I really hope to have the same luck like u. I start riding when I was small but regularly when I was at 5th class. I am so glad I even start ridin regulary but I missed si much time. You can't imagine how much ur lucky. This video is so amazing. I love it. (sorry for bad english I am from Czech Repulic and I am ,,super talented'')
Your very lucky you had your own horses I’m 9 and passed my life I never had a horse I draw them I take lessons I do my best the first time I rode a horse was when I was 2 and ever since I never rode
Be thankful I've wanted a horse since I was very little. I couldn't have one, I couldn't have lessons, none of it. I finally started volunteering when I was 15 and got lessons at 15. 15 years and I just start riding, your 9 and have been riding for awhile now. You're very fortunate. You will get a horse one day be patient and thankful
Same. I’ve wanted one since I was a new born, and started riding when I was 4. I’ve been riding for 7 yrs now, and still no horse. I pray every night for one, and I have a pretty good feeling it’ll come true. It’s just, my family doesn’t have the money rn to keep up with the costs :( (On my dads acc btw)

I’m crying from the ending. It reminded me of my horse Chloe, I’ve had her since I was 3 and she’s 13 now (she was a yearling when we got her). Me and her we clicked instantly and I couldn’t ever ask for a better horse, we’ve been through everything together, and watched one another grow up. Your story is inspirational, keep up the good work!
I would NEVER let my pony do lessons or even be part of a lesson program that uses her. That’s why in 2 years I will need a new horse but even though she will still be rideable but she will NEVER do anything with lessons except in my riding lessons! She’s an amazing horse with amazing talent! She’s the bet first horse anyone could ask for and she loves her job!
Splash is so gorgeous! I think I have reached the horse I clicked with, now all the other lesson horses I ride seem pathetic because I love my Gelding. We are still working on his fear of poles, I know it will take a while for a 19 year old gymkana horse to be a hunter jumper. But I know it will happen, and I can’t imagine my story with any other horse.
Nice! When I cantered for the first time...It felt like ....a dream like every thing is ok....until i lost my stirrup......eh but that wont happen to you any time soon I hope. Keep working hard and PUSH yourself! I hope you have an amazing day!
My first official canter was when I was 3 but that was a major accident and I fell off 🤣🤣 but my first canter after that was (thankfully) on purpose and it was so freeing, but my horse did buck and threw me off, since then I've changed over to English and I've now worked with my horse to get over her fear of cantering and she loves to run and canter and just fly 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 you will feel much more free as a rider if you can open those options 💜💜💜💜💜
I can relate on every level with your feelings towards Splash. I've gone through 101 horses in my life and none will ever compare to my Rusty 💕💕💕 He is definitely my 1 in a million and perfection isn't a strong enough word for that type of connection ❤❤❤
I saw your rotational fall video and I was so worried for you! I'm so inspired that you still have the courage to ride after that and I think it would be a huge setback for me.
