Your title is partly misleading: I see excellent jumping but no fails.
And: the higher the fence the better the jumping !!!
Your sister rides him well und jumps him in a perfect way using for every jump the adequate speed and correct distance - she is familiar with this horse and deserves a like for her excellent riding and jumping.
My favourite is of course the jump at 12:35: He overjumps and tells that he is prepared to jump higher - and she is helping him through her ideal jumping position.
Thus one can see that such a jump in not the limit for this horse and his really good rider.
Please give my regards and compliments to your sister for this enjoyable video and tell her that there are viewers who would love to watch more of her riding.
