I AM SO EXCITED Especially because irl I have a appaloosa mare called jellybean and she looks quite similar ,she has a wald (idk how to spell it😅) eye and was rescued from a breeding facility and only broken and backed at 9 she is now 17 ❤
Where I ride there is a welsh pony named Devon who had a nasty cut that got infected and cost him his sight in his eye. He was not a rescue, nor was he neglected when he was injured so not exactly the same but this story really reminded me of him. He is one of the most athletic horses at the barn despite his size and has come off his injury stronger than ever, if not a bit out of shape. He jumps around 4ft consistently and is doing well :) horses are truly amazing, I’m not sure how they do it!

Omg I love this sm. It reminds me how special my heart horse Bell is to me and how much a horse can trust its rider. Truly an amazing story!
