I got it from their freezer section , boiled it in some coconut milk and made my own version of vegan ice cream, so yummy. Oh by the way there is Pandan donuts from crosstown donuts, usually around the Chinese New Year, you have to try it, it’s a must.
Honestly, the Salted Coconut and Mango sorbet is hands down one of Messina's best flavours. I'm lactose intolerant so can't eat gelato but the sorbet is so creamy it has the consistency / creaminess of icecream and the salt adds such an umami to the coconut. It's Super God. Thank you Zeta for defending it!!
I love Messina! If anything plz try Messina combos next video! Also plz pair Hameda and Zeta for this, since I think they will be super funny! Love this video!

That is my all time favourite gelato ever, I suspect though I would never turn my nose up at the Blood Orange, Rhubarb and Pear, Bounty, Dulce De Leche, . I agree with Tom, if you are using fruit, make it sorbet, always better for fruit. And now I rally REALLY miss Messina, why did you leave Coolangatta? I miss you...
My boyfriend and I got in a fight over the weekend because I think hazelnut (just hazelnut) is the best gelato flavour, and he thinks it’s just ok ☹️ We both agree that lemon sorbet is super god on a hot day though.
There’s currently 2 Messina stores in Brisbane. Disappointed that you guys didn’t try coneception or highlight the things that sets Messina apart. Like the fact that they own dairy farms and strawberry farms. They make all their own mix ins and chocolate. Feels like it was a half assed video that deserves better, especially with people who actually like gelato.

They had one called Hello Sailor a couple of weeks back which was Grapefruit sorbet with Aperol and it was so good!
