It’s so good to see someone is caring about teaching!
Oh how I wish more how-to's were this straight forward to follow. Well done.
Thank you for your kind comment 😁
Thanks for the video!! We have the same AP71 pump and was holding off buying the wifi module because I wasn’t sure it was able to be concealed inside the unit, Mitsubishi’s literature doesn’t show whether it can be done or not, seemed a bit dumb mounting it on the wall.
That’s great.
Yeah, you'd think they would have made the video or at least had one picture showing this. But alas, at least it's easy to install.
Many thanks for this, just got the Aircon today but couldn't get the adapter until next week and was really annoyed by the lack of documentation for how to install this.
Although not as annoyed as I am that we need to install this; the fact that we have something like a frontline air conditioner being shipped these days without integrated wireless connectivity is downright crazy. Or even if you are determined to make something like this, why you wouldn't have an external dock for it to be plugged in straight onto the board without having to open the whole thing up to install ...
Le Sigh.
Yeah it's an oversight I guess. But also some people or business's don't want wifi enabled products out of fear they will get hacked and they will listen to their private information. In reality if someone hacks you they just turn your heater on max on a hot day.

A well put together video! The points you focused on avoids any confusion. Thank you
Your video gave me the courage to start the project myself :)
Thank you
Go for it! You can do it!
What a great how to video. Will try to install my wifi module shortly. Thank you
Finally got it up and running. The only delays we had was because we realized we needed some extra parts (I’ll list that below) ruclips.net/user/postUgkxihMYiJNXcHdbH-7ihymsLz61l7jVyb5O . So we have a loft where our current hvac just couldn’t seem to keep cool during the summer. We have been using a window unit since we bought this house over 6 years ago (all the houses in this neighborhood were built in the 80’s and majority of the houses built like ours use a window unit). I hate window units because they are just so noisy and the one we had really only cools one side of the loft. I had contemplated upgrading our current HVAC, but with all the rising prices these days, it would take years before saving up enough to do that. With the advice of my father-in-law (used to run an HVAC business), he recommended we get an inverter instead. We thought we bought everything we needed, but there were just a few other parts we didn’t anticipate needing (which is what caused most of our delay). My friend and father-in-law did all the work to get it installed and running and now we have nice cool air circulating nicely throughout the entire loft. It is very quiet and even the outside unit is much quieter than our main HVAC unit. Saved ourselves thousands getting this.
Nice
Is it that simple?
That's for your video 👍👍👍
Great tutorial. Quiet and was easy to follow 👌
Thanks buddy. It was tricky to make as there was no info on the internet for this model aircon, but works a treat now the modules installed. Good to know it's easy to follow too.
Thank you so much, i have the same AC unit as you, this is perfect guide thanks!
Thank you. Honestly it's a game changer having it. I use it mostly to turn the aircon on when I'm almost home and to quickly set a 30 min timer.
great although not sure if its possible for me.
someone installed my aircon flush up against the right side so its nearly impossible to access the right side.
Nicely done. Thanks ❤
Perfect how to vidéo great job dude 👍
Thank you, I'm glad so many people have found it helpful
This was very helpful thanks!!!!
Glad it helped!
Thanks for the video, does it allow tracking of power over time?
No, just remote control functions and internal temperature reading.
Maybe you know how to track the power that ac uses?
Hi! Great Job!
I have MSZ-SF20VA.
Removed the outer panels, I do have CN105 (red connector for optional interface).
Can I use a WiFi MAC-577IF-E on it? it seems to have 5 pin plug wired to 4 wires (brown, red, yellow, green)
Thanks from Italy!
Not sure, but the sellers description on eBay provided a list of compatible models. Perhaps have a look there to see it it will work
Ese modelo es. Mszhr35vf ??? Gracias
Hi, does this work with the MSZ-HJ35VA air conditioner?
Excellent video, thank you
You're welcome
Hello! It always says that there is no internet on this network! I have to press "Mode" again to find this network (on the air conditioner) and it says "no internet" .."can't connect to this network.." I can't it works...Maybe on reset..? This is the model -Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-AY35VGK/MUZ-AY35VG R32 WIFI,
Do you have a video of how to install it on a 2.5kw unit ? As it is smaller and appears to be different
Sorry buddy, but it will probably be similar. You might be able to look for a service manual for your model and it might mention the plug that the wifi module connects too, or even a diagram if the unit has a slot inside the aircon like the 7.1 version has.
Will this work with MSZ-GL15NA or would I need a different Wifi adapter?
Have a look online where you can buy the adaptor. They should list what it is compatible with.
hello how do you click the air purification device into place?
i try and try but i feel like ill break the plastic
If you mean the cover, just make sure it's on straight and that there are no tabs sticking out that should be slotting under the plastic.
Does the app show how much power it uses?
No, but it does have a timer so you can easily set how long you want it running so you can limit how much power you use.
Can you control it with Alexa?
HEY BROTHER HOW ARE YOU .... I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT SOME INFORMATION SIGNAL RECIVER (PAR-SA9CA-E) MODEL ...... HOW TO CONNECT WITH INDOOR AC
SORRY, I CANNOT HELP WITH THAT ONE AS I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THAT MODEL.
Thx!🎉
No problem
Wasn't it included? I see this on the site
No, was not included when purchased and installed though a retailer. Your country might include it but it is not a standard option in Australia.
Optional extra
This app doesn't exist anymore, or at least it's not available right now from the store.
