Moto Murph & Memorial Day

This one is a little different, I rode over to Crossfit Zoo for "Murph", the traditional Memorial Day workout. If you want to know more about the workout, and the man it's named after, the information is here:

Today is about remembering the fallen, and living the good life they were defending. No "thank you for your service" posts today, that's not what Memorial Day is about.
