- The Black Dog ULTIMATE Skid Plate for Pan America, I've been waiting for them to build one since I bought the bike, and even wrote them and asked if they were going to make one last year.
I just got it today, unboxed it, and show what makes it different from the rest, then install it just in time to head off to South Dakota for the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge.

Love the content . I bought a sw motech skidplate. Soon as i seen how well the blackdog was thought out i regretted sw motech

I didn't know they had a channel, been too busy to do much searching. Maybe when I get back I'll look for it.
I actually found out about Black Dog skid plates back when I ran a BMW F800GS and was talking with the other guys with big ADV bikes. I was going to get one for my GS, but I got tired of it and traded it instead.
Can you get oil filter off without removing it ?
I don't think so, but when I get my bike back I'll check and let you know.
what tires where u running in this video. Were they good on hwy riding also?
Mitas E-07+ Dakar. They work surprisingly well on the street, but didn't last long. I had heard that the Dakar were just as long lasting as the original E-07 (the E-07+ is a softer compound) but they weren't.
