I have followed sagutogolf for a year. I started playing golf 18 months ago. The videos he posts on the YT channel are not his lessons, he is explaining a concept. Its a little disingenuous to say he is wrong. Maybe you wouldnt teach it the same way but its really just different. My handicap is now 15 and I have to stop 6 months of the year for snow. I prefer the stack and tilt approach helps me to understand concepts and im playing with golfers that have had hundreds of lessons and are not as consistent even I am at this stage Hitting rounds of 85, 82 and 77 this year Im really happy with Toms advice. Yes it is simple, but shouldnt that be the point?
Simple is "always" better is a fallacy. Now, if you're playing golf and getting better than don't stop what you're doing. It seems like you're enjoying yourself so more power to you. Also, this videos is reacting to Athletic Motion Golf so I'm not sure why we're talking about Saguto Golf here...?
Can you PLEASE do some more Cameron Champ videos? I’m really interested in his transition. OR, how about another updated Champ vs JT video showing the differences or changes they’ve made since then. At the time it looked like JT was stalling as you put it, and Champ was about to begin domination. Maybe changes in swings that might point to why JT has a couple majors now, and Champ has more or less stalled.
Hello Jamie, I can do another JT vs Champ videos and discuss why their careers took way different paths! I think there's definitely some swing things as well as personal issues that would be interesting to talk about.
These videos are great except that Ams are all over the place in so many different metrics. I get the overall point of these videos and they are super helpful though. That's why I think they try to concentrate on what they see most ams do.
