oh yeah, her tut tutting, is so rude. so arrogant, she's out of touch with reality, like she can tell the lawyer off like a little kid, I loved the cross exam of her. he was so so good.
IMO she’s guilty. I believe the jury will take less than 2 hours (not counting lunch) t deliberate and find her (obviously) GUILTY! Staircase push, bludgeon 🔨 , wee bit ‘o suffocation, topped off ⛽️ 🔥 Sweet Jesus. God bless Roberto ⚖️
This guy's lack of conviction in his tone of voice is grating on my last nerve. There's no way a jury will find not guilty with his lack luster defense.
Since the other 2 were found guilty I feel she's just as guilty!! She also drove the van!! Never called 911 for her husband. She's cold not a quality person!!
This is like the bank robber and the getaway driver. The driver is just as guilty as the bank robber. Just sayin. I would say she is guilty and especially if she helped kill her husband. Not calling to report it and leaving the county are very red flags. LWOP is in her future. 😮😮😮😮😮
Talk about stumbling all over oneself! Opening and closing arguments are imperative and this is how he closes? He had one job. Geezus! Especially CLOSING ARGUMENTS!!!
Re. New trial in Wisconsin v Miu... another trial with bad audio😳... Like how Judge Sasley comes in for 2nd shift and says ‘Lets here the Opening Statement from the Defense.... We know he did it’ ..... No bias there huh judge🧟♀️
It is odd how evetyone in the family household (as best recalled) was at least inadvertently involved in the unfortunate disposing of Roberto's deceased corpse. That maybe... even obviously could've been prevented if there was just one adult to stay home, then in sequence... there wouldn't be any offspring (of all people becoming unnecesarily involved...) to be had as loose ends to peice together something that easily could be even up to personally traumatizing too. You'd think that this would've been the preferable route for Beverly, but in any event of such as a second degree murder taking place in the basement... then personal assistance from the defendant would be a convenient way to blackmail her. Moreover, her allegedly staying faithful to Roberto time and time again through his incarceration's., could make Beverly an "incarceration" oriented person. That said, it's a wonder if she could be an individual who's perhaps even up to even particularly more likely to cooperate on the spot, with criminals such as Michael or whoever.... It's also questionable how often murdered bodies of individuals are dropped off on private property (good question... but especially if there were any homes nearby) as opposed to more safely seeking out an extremely remote area... and especially when considering the task of igniting such a large fire. You'd at least think that a little planning ahead of time could've provided some preferable reassurance. And perhaps, maybe that is... Roberto was even the main or only income supplier in this home was it said, if I can recall correctly.... Moreover, the motive-based concept itself of killing Roberto so that Beverly could "live HER life" or "live the high life" (so to speak) doesn't initially seem anything of extra or additionally reassuring anyways... although not impossible either of course. Lastly, it doesn't appear ethically suitable for the prosecutor to unessentially (and even something of randomly too) mention on two seperate occssions... that Denine had already been convicted herself. That said, this prosecutor sounded like the main reason he mentioned that both times was firstly for statistical reassurance for the jury to go by... when the jury seemingly should be basing their entire decision on the facts and puzzle peices surrounding this particular defendant's case (Beverly's that is). If Deneane didn't happen to personally testify against her mother, than reserving bias from the outcome of Deneane's trial case, would seemingly be a basic part of reassuring Beverly's presumption of innocence. The jury could peoce together the evidence that THEY were given as opposed to speculating why Deneane's jury came to the conclusion of guilt (external statistical "win over" evidence against Beverly) that they did.
Her lawyer must feel a fool saying the things he did in his closing statement. I would take a very long break after this trial and hope people forget he had anything to do with her.

I think. She's going to be found guilty.
GUILTY
If she is found guilty, will she turn to the jury and say "no.. t t t..."
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
oh yeah, her tut tutting, is so rude. so arrogant, she's out of touch with reality, like she can tell the lawyer off like a little kid, I loved the cross exam of her. he was so so good.
just waiting on the very short jury deliberations
I don't believe that the Jury is going to be out very long every one saw how much she and her daughter were involved.
16:11 -- The fragrant Beverley looks bored shitless as the public defender struggles listlessly to hide her criminal culpability.
She's toast.

Beverly’s alibi is as sturdy as Wonder bread
It’s about as sturdy as mine when friends call for me to go out while I’m in bed eating ice cream relaxing!
😅😂😂🤣😂😂😅😅
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Don’t ever insult wonder bread again or I call Beverly myself to take care of it 🥸
guilty

She was found Guilty on All Counts in under two hours! Her sentencing will be May 23.
Prison awaits that murderer!!
Since the other 2 were found guilty I feel she's just as guilty!! She also drove the van!! Never called 911 for her husband. She's cold not a quality person!!
So robert moved in with Beverely. After he got out of prison?
Sounds like he used the basement to get away from Beverely
So the jury will be out in 90 minutes ? Because this closing is as unbelievable as Beverly’s fake soft voice.
You called it.
The jury will get it right. Guilty.
She is GUILTY

is there a video of danine testifying?
Rigor Mortis argument is moot. No timeframe ever established when body was placed into truck?
and I believe him!!!
Her lawyer must feel a fool saying the things he did in his closing statement. I would take a very long break after this trial and hope people forget he had anything to do with her.
❤
I think they've created reasonable doubt.
The prosecution is over doing it.
seriously 911 dont know what to do ya right
What happened to the other husbands? Is Beverly a serial killer plus the death of her young son by her Jamacian husband?
This case have so many twist ad turns. Was there child sexually abuse. Why kill him
Just leave
