I, for one, am incredibly happy the Tauros Venator finally has a plastic model!
It used to be a resin Forgeworld model, can't exactly remember which Imperial Armor book you could find it in, but I remember the Elysian Drop Troopers using them a bunch.
It'd fit in just fine in normal 40k with very few modifications, to be fair.
Great vid, have a wonderful day!

I bet it would make a fantastic stand-in for a Scion Taurox (since they're kiiiiind of the replacement for the Elysians). I even looked into using one as a "mount" for a Lord Solar replacement but it's a bit too big! Thanks for watching! - JW

Really hoping for a Palanite Enforcer video. Trying to start out with them and they seem totally different from the other games covered in prior videos.

Totally agree with the points you guys made. I know a lot of Palanite players ran the Taurox prior to this model's release and I feel like those starter 400 pts in Ash Wastes probably go best with the Taurus and the Taurox in tandem as a custom vehicle to give your foot fellas the mobility they need to not get swallowed by the rolling roads. Converting the GSC motorbikes is a chore with the Palanite sculpts and is more expensive than the Taurox.

I used Space Marine Scout Bikers for a Palanite bike team.

Those stubbers look like autocannons to me.

GW really needs to broaden it's use of names. At least it's not called a knight?

I was in the process of building a Sam’s rail type vehicle based off the FW Eilesin model when this model was announced. I was so pumped that I ordered it at pre-order. Thanks for your content I’ve been enjoying it emencly. So can I run this only as an enforcer vehicle or can I have it in my Orlock gang with its stats as is or go I have to run this as a custom vehicle to have my Orlocks run them in the ash waste

So if you wanted to run it as this specific vehicle with those stats, you would need to run it in Enforcers. To run it in an Orlock gang you'd need to use Custom Vehicle Rules, or maybe a stand in for a Ridgerunner.
However, you might consider talking with your arbitrator and see if you could run it as a "scavenged" or "captured" vehicle, using the enforcer rules but maybe with a downside like worse handling or armor or something, to represent it being something your Orlocks stole from the Enforcers!

Never a problem with asking newbie questions!

This one is in the book "Vaults of Temenos," one of the campaign books.

I have an Enforcer gang, and not a Delaque gang, so I'm good with it.
