I like that your recipe's don't call for items not usually found in the kitchen. So many times I find a recipe and don't have all of the ingredients, and I have to go to the Store to purchase special ones. The presentation is always nice too.

a great childhood culinary memory was my dad, when we had baked taters, taking a stick (or two) of butter and melting them in a pan on the stove, then mixing in a container of sour cream and pouring over the halved taters - omg - it was simple, but absolutely delicious !!!

These look beautiful and delicious! Im adding to my recipies for perhaps Christmas with a beef tenderloin. Im a sucker for traditional recipies at thanksgiving. We love our lumpy whipped potatoes with gravy 😊. I’m going to roast a traditional stuffed turkey almost 24# (that I dry brine) 😮 and Im also going to roast a whole turkey breast with your orange dry brine recipe and your basting sauce recipe. Cheese just doesnt feel like thanksgiving meal to me.. butI do make a family favorite Mac and Cheese (Ive stuck with traditional, but have added several sides over the years.)
Kaleb, will you one day (soon) put all of your recipes into a hard copy cookbook? Pictures and all? The farm-to-table recipes will be my favorites!

I haven’t had Hasselback potatoes since we made them in home ec class back in the stone age 🙈
We've changed up the menu for T.G., we now do chicken on the bbq! No more turkey shenanigans for us...!
