Free Craftsman Mower, Will it Run? P1

I found this push mower on the curb so I snagged it up not knowing the condition it was in.
I am not an expert at this, this is the second mower I have successfully got back up and running.

Clean the fuel tank.Amazing how well it works once u run the water threw the carb.

Hey why does that look like my lawn mower and my dad was taking it to get it fix there’s no way he thrown my lawn mower way I was about to start a lawn care😢
