It was my buddies truck so not sure where he bought it.

Had to buy that from the dealership, no one else carried it.

I had a similar issue but then found out I never had the lights in the on position that I was plugging in.

@@cofffeejoe2079 I also had to learn that, but it didn't help. I did try it on another outlet and it worked. I reset the first (problem) outlet several times and also used the reset button that is right on the wall outlet. Nothing seems to help. This wouldn't be so bad if I had a use for the thing on another outlet, but this is the one I need. It worked great on my Christmas tree but now, on the problem outlet, not. It's too late to return but Amzon allowed a small credit which I put toward a GE remote. That's coming soon.

@@cofffeejoe2079 did you get the one with just a straight through resonator and then it Y’s at the axel instead of a 1 in 2 out muffler

@@goatedvault1070 I cannot remember what system exactly but I know it was all straight thru pieces no muffler, sorry.

If I remember correctly, the bottom button is used to sync the remote with more outlets (anything over 3)
