- This is a very brief overview of the NotateMe music notation app for iPad.

One thing that I LOVE is that whatever instrument you want, it automatically puts it into the correct key signature so it will all sound the way you want it to right away. I am liking my app. I, like you, haven't used it enough for it to recognize my writing style very well yet. I think it requires patience and as you said, using it frequently. Thanks for the tutorial.

I love it after using it, but it doesn't always recognise everything that I do .... and that drives me crazy.
How can indicate in notate me app for iPad, a period of silence for an instrument where i can put or write a number of measure (multimeasure rest) shows by the number above the staff?
I really need to get a proper stylus. Your handwritten notes are soo good that you hardly need the recognition part of the app ;)
Tim, hi , I don't speak too much english but try to understand me. I am seeing your example and it seems to be easy. I bought Staffpad and it is a terrible headache!!!! It's tutorial is connected to Internet, and it has some errors when you try to copy. Please, how can I get your music program..
Does this app recognize slashes for chord charts? Does it recognize chord symbols over the bar at all?

Have been having fun, however CANNOT find ANY tutorials online to explain anything but the most basic features. CANNOT find the community forums for the app or any contact to ask the authors or publishers how to do some things that they claim notateme is capable of.
So I wanna ask you!
It says you can copy & paste multiple bars. HOW?????
I have tried everything. There's no option for C&P, anywhere. Not even in the FAQ's.
Do you know how to, say, copy one bar of a vamp and repeat it? Also - how do I c&p something like a 4 bar figure?
I'd greatly appreciate some direction here. Cheers!

Do you know if I can write a song and after that press a transposing bottom (as other program do in the menu bar) and move the whole song to a new key? I have tried to contact Neurotron but this guy do not answer except that you register your product. Not smart doing it! Thanks for your help! :-) ADA LIS

+timtopham.com Can you give me a name Of 'that specific notation (web version) for drums/Percussion' Please! I do search for it already a certain period and have also asked by local music shops. But they couldn't give me any specific information about this neither. They sell 'study books' but not this kind of stuff.

I've Mac,but just buyed Staffpad.Mac is non good for marketing.
Utter frustration with this beautiful looking but incredibly clumsy application has brought me here to rant. Extra notes that appear from nowhere, mysterious flats that just pop into a score yay , issues with deleting mistakes , undo button pick and chooses what to undo , not being able to revert back to a backup saved score (autosaves all), not following the most basic script gestures ...these are just SOME of the wonderful features on notate me now ! aarrgh... do not be fooled with what LOOKS like a very practical and intuitive app... it ain't .. I don't usually do this kinda thing... complaints ... One v unhappy customer. I want my $$$ back

I am a devoted Mac user, but frankly, this looks like a cheap, non-functional and very frustrating version of Microsoft StaffPad.
this app sucks.
NO-- this is NOT high technology-- I want to ESCAPE using a damn pen or pencil to “jot” down 10 zillion 16 th notes!!! I want to do that on a KEYBOARD-- I’m sick to death of using pens and pencils for notation!!! Please,,, need a dedicated Physical Keyboard with noteS!!! Anybody out there Please Guide ME!!!!!
Most of the modern notation software allows input by MIDI.
