It's simple, most striker fired guns such as Glock, S&W, SIG all start with the striker partially cocked. The initial movement of the trigger cocks the striker the rest of the way before releasing it to fire. In the PPQ the striker is fully cocked by the rearward movement of the slide and the trigger only serves to release it. So essentially the PPQ trigger is a true Single Action whereas the others more closely resemble a Double Action Only trigger. I believe the CZ P10 is setup In the same way as the PPQ.
