  • Who paid for book's publishing? What was response to Marc & Dovid selling book on Kingston Ave near 770? Will Dovid Zaklikowski be ostracized from Chabad? Emotional plea from Marc, Rabbi Dalfin stating the call for the burning of the book and for burning of Alan Nadler is wrong and outrageous

No one has called for any violence towards anyone. This is beyond stupid.

Factually this isn’t true. It wasn’t meant to be real. But threats were made as a form of an intimidation tactic, nothing more. Whereas others took this extremely serious, so far to get legal advice and protection. Seems like, sadly this situation is worse than it should have been & worse than you state. Of course we all know in these circumstances we must lower the flame calm down our emotions anxieties etc. but not to say, nah this isn’t true.
May Hashem heal & protect us from here on.

@@Michael-NYC I don't know who you are or what your connection is to this situation other than listening to this ridiculous RUclips video, but I know all parties involved and there has not been a single threat to anyone's safety. Two people calling for the burning of the book, though inappropriate, is not a call to violence. This is being blown way out of proportion. The authors needs to a grow a little thicker skin so they can handle criticism and move one.

@@AlexWolf1948 as I don’t know who you are either. However, for the achievements of peace as the Torah would prefer…. It is known from the teachings of the Rebbe, as we engage in negativity, indulge in its destructive nature we become sucked into its existence. Therefore as the Rebbe would advise, to rise about the nitty gritty of it all, no matter if it’s true false or the ability of either or. Better to take the moral high ground. Be stronger and wiser. For little lights can distinguish great darknesses. So too I’ll leave your comments as is. Let us hope for shalom between all, those that should and need to do teshuva thus the holy light of our Rebbe May shine forth brightly.

The author needs to understand that no one is coming to harm him or Dovid's family, the comparisons he made just show how little he understands about the people we are talking about.
A book that speaks that way about the Rebbe, even if it's only 1 article is treif in the eyes of a chossid.
People want to know why would you work together with Dovid to feed something treif to the chabad community?
The COLlive article about the book called it a tribute to the Rebbe and Chabad
"a stunning historical document and tribute to the Rebbe and Chabad"
Was that the words of COL? Why was no correction ever made?
    Classic case of false advertising.

You basically answered your own question. From your first few lines to the last.
You start off saying “the author needs to understand…..”
In all due respect, you bring to understand as you yourself say later on, and as Marc says himself “I’m not ChaBaD didn’t grow up… etc. that he’s not appreciating the fine fundamentals of what ChaBaD is.
Of course he would understand. But you understand yourself as he is an outsider looking in….. can you blame him as an author taking things literally at face value, ואין פה פוצה וצפצפת.
I think you get what I’m saying.
My personal thoughts are as follows. Much damage has been done. A lot of hatred & bad feelings are extremely relevant, as per Marc’s remarks emotions and body language.
For now, for the sake of Kovod Lubavitch Kovod of the Rebbe Kovod Shem Shomayim. As difficult and as many would think it’s impossible. A meeting of all parties who are engaged in this mess, must come to a round table meeting. From Alaska from China Marc Dovid and anyone else needed. Extremely important to include a moderator such as a Rabbi psychologist legal representatives if needed etc.
As history shows, these kind of things can blow up your astronomical proportions to a place non of us want to see.
Just my humble editorial opinion in attempt to make Sholom and bury all bad feelings and or any threats which weren’t meant at all so be actualized. Make peace and go forth in the best possible way.

@@AlexWolf1948 I respect your thoughts. Despite the norm on social media and or my abilities, this wasn’t meant for controversy or hatred as you seem to go forth as. I therefore would allow you to have your opinion as such. Despite all. God bless you my good sir.
