This is a very important clip. very much appreciate and enjoyed listening to this interview. He is a really great Rabbi and we need more like Rabbi Kasimov.
The Igros Kodesh is read by many for hashkafic views regardless if someone had a specific question. Although the concept of turning to holy books in order to gain clarity to a burning, inner question isn't an exclusively chasidic concept. It comes from the Talmud. Chassidim applied the concept to Igros Kodesh. Let me know if that cleared up the misconception of Igros Kodesh replacing Rabbonim. Thank you
That's a great question! As long as it's not halachic, each person will have a different type of question. Examples can be: How can I improve in my avodas Hashem? What can I do regarding my child's chinuch? They're going through a hard time... I'm at a crossroad in life, what can I do? An opportunity came up and I'm not sure whether to take it or not. What can my approach be? I'm at a low point in my life, any words of encouragement or guidance? It's personal and unique to each person though :) Let me know if this answered your question @BennyFitter

Thank you for your feedback :)
If you guys really believed Rebbe answered you would ask the igrot for stock picks and do 100x leverage
The Igros is not meant to answer halachic questions. We are supposed to ask a Rav which is why this whole series of "Asei lecha Rav" was started
