In this video the Captain is seated to the right in the cockpit. Usually the Captain sits on the left seat.
This was a special seating just for me. 😊 The jumpseat is behind the Captain's seat, and offers better filming view of the First Officer's seat. So they switched for filming purposes. The Captain is also an instructor 👍 The video was filmed back in 2010

When I used to cover the Red Bull Air Race, one of the pilots in that series told me that in his day job as an airline pilot, he loved flying over Iran, despite the fact that the airline told pilots to treat the country as if it's an ocean (One of the US airlines), because Iranian ATC was very clear with their instructions. I don't know about now, but in the late 2000s, early 2010s, Iran allowed US airlines to overfly the country
