Barry, tonight I did my first race. I got 2nd on my first moto then I got 1st on my second moto, then I got 1st in the finals. I got first over all because I watched all of your tips and tricks for racing. Thanks man.
Nice van, and setup. I’d definitely need an elevator bed system to make the bed come down a bit lower than what you have it, and it can be up out the way when not in use.
You have a modified sine wave inverter. Keep your electronics away from that. You may be able to use it on phones that use a block charger but will shorten the life span of most new appliances and TVs. Pure sign wave inverters are what you need. Also, the Harbor Freight inverters seldom perform to their advertised ratings. Sometimes up to 30% less than what is labeled on the product.
You did a nice job on that Berry. Very clean, modular, simple and functional. It's cool that you made this for your needs. Those wheelwell boxes are a great idea. I might steal it for my pickup truck LOL!! It's refreshing seeing a fit young family man getting out there with your wife and little one. Right on!! Liked and subscribed!!
I thought of a van on the budget side ya gave me ideas. Thx. And yes simple plan. And why not it does not have to be more then your home. But home away from home for short time. Basic needs.
Hhi Barry! Thanks for sharing. I want to do carpet flooring in my 2016 MB sprinter passenger which is for family trips but not sure where to start. Tried researching online but did not get much clarity yet. I would definitely add the rubber mat on top of the carpet but want carpet underneath the mat. Looking forward to your advise.
This is sweet! We don’t have the budget for a sprinter and my kid is only 8i so I’m not dropping that kinda $, we’ll yet at least 😂 traveling for nationals is addicting! But we did build a budget tow behind camper on a 6x8 trailer to take to the races for now 😎 and my kids say you need to add led strip lighting, it’s probably their favorite part of hanging out in there between Motos 🤣 they make the lights go to the music and hype themselves up
This was helpful, looking to build something similar. Thanks for keeping it real, I know I don't need to do some crazy build to get out and travel / ride. This video just confirms that.
Thanks for the vid. I too am known to get the black spray paint out. We’re just in the process of buying the same sprinter and finding it hard to figure out the child seat anchor points. Where abouts do you anchor to?
Check out former pro road cyclist ted king channel, he does a sprinter van review also very cool. As a otr truck driver, one of the best places to buy a inverter is at pilot, ta, or flying j truck stop. If it goes bad you can return to them at any location across the country.

Barry thanks for being the only RUclipsr to read my comments and reply it means alot
😉👊🏼 I got you
If I've learned anything from watching Barrys videos, it's that he likes to spray paint things black 🖤
Why else would you have a rattle can of black paint tucked away in your van - in case something needs painted...
Bro I’ve been apart of your channel for a while I started bmx because of you so thx bro
This is the first time I have ever seen "Sprinter Van" and "cheap" in the same sentence
Love the van!Been thinking about one for myself
Love this clean build on a low top van. Inspired me! THANKS!!!

Those Maxxis tires on the van are rad man!
Now you got me checking out sprinter vans! Pretty cool setup bro. I dig it!

Sick vid, and totally with you on the "never not owning a van" thing. Once you've had one, they're just too damn practical!

really enjoyed the functional/budget build. Down to Earth and I feel you: I have a house, so why spend $10K on the interior of the van. Great job!

not saying you need this a good diy van,,but a pop top on the bed side would make it nice for the hold family to sleep together

Colman camper potty
add it and you will never be sad!
just bought my first sprinter, same exact as yours and was wondering first off, what is the brand or name of the flooring you bought?
Not the most practicle design but it looks like it works, Love the All Black!!
Haha guess everyone’s definition of practical is different. Checks all the boxes needed here, without running more wires and water.
Best part... you can now say, “... in a van, down by the river!”
Barry do you have any recommendations for expert xl frames under 600$
Nice
Looks badass man. Selling??
You interested?
Hey, how did you get the projector headlights for the van?
Barry, any chance you have this van still and would sell it?
Actually sold it back in November
Barry how did you mount that dresser in there?
Just screwed it to the wall with an L bracket
Thanks man! Now off to find a van!!
Van life FTW
new vid yarrrrss
