Definitely getting one of these when I hit the lotto 💯😂
Nice, is dry bath an option? What's The ⛽ millage?
ME TOO... GOOD LUCK 🤞
I can afford a t shirt and mug...lol
Best Bike Van I’ve seen. Nice job!
This is the coolest van conversion I’ve seen.
Very smart, love the door covers to protect the bed and fly net on the sliding door. Need to find someone to make these for an Iveco daily van 👍🏼
Great build! lots of attention to design and quality! If you don't mind my asking, what size tires did you select for the build? Thanks for the video!
A Masterpiece! I love the look, fit, and finish presented in this Hi def video. These monsters are nearly 300k from factory alone. Very high drool and slobber factor here!!
Nice rig and good work! Do the Mercedes safety systems (radar cruise, parking aids, etc.) still work after you've raised the suspension and done all you've done?
Awesome!
Take that Outside Vans!
Stunning Van with a great investment I bet! 👍🏽
Super van . All the bells and whistles one could ask for. Would have loved to see how the bed up front was put together..
That thing's sweeter than my apartment! But being a 6 foot 6 inch person, I've never seen a van that I feel I could comfortably live in. My feet are always hanging out the end of the bed and I'm always having to stoop in those van conversions that I've been in. But waking up to a different view every day and riding straight out the door from where I'm living has always been the dream.
I'm 6'5 and did a conversion in a Ford transit High roof. It's possible! You need to do a bit of extra work to minimize floor and ceiling thickness, but it's all doable. - check out the tour here ruclips.net/video/b4vcAkOJmyw/видео.html
I would think that as long as you can get dressed standing up or cook standing up or shower standing up inside the van that you would be happy so my solution of that in my build even though I’m not near as tall as you is a large operable skylight that also raises the ceiling height underneath it.
I'll have to make due with my Ford transit connect, two wheel drive and stock air intake.
One of the coolest !!!
There’s only one word Bro:
Sick!
Thats a dope Van!
Soooo nice. If only I had the money!
Great van layout. Do you have a link for the front seat which folds into a bed?
What size are they rim and tires? Did you have to modify the fenders at all for them?
IMPRESSIVE! We could be talking down the road! Currently in the education, planning stages...
Awsome mate
By far the best time to be a nomadic human
What brand is that awsome looking control pannel for the electrics ?
What's the bike height from floor to seat? And overall van height? I'm running into what seems like an issue with my bike height and what bed space it's leaving me.. curious what dimensions you've worked this out to be?
What's that thing covering the Mercedes logo in the front?
Two mtb’s, two road bikes, perfect!
Epic !
very nice !!
Oh man this is the bestt
the only question i have at the moment is where did you get those sunglasses? please send me the link, thanks!
What brand are the side and rear door bug net? Cool van
I liked the bike tray
Like how you manage de drawers
nice presentation- no mention of 4 wd- refrigerator?
Isn't keeping your dropper post in the drop position bad for the dropper post?
Looks amazing but is that a 170 4x4? If so, seems to be on the 2500 then? If so how in the world is it not WAY over GVWR?
Perfect
Drool!
What's the name/make of the seats please?
Hi! How can i get this bed protector you show in your video (the one from back door). Is it taylor-made or can i buy it somewhere? Thanks!!
Hi, I am interesting in this bed protector too. Did you find how some shop?
Water heater ? Type of refrigerator?
What’s the ballpark price for a van like this?
süper bir caravan . merci viel mall.
profesionel sunum içinde merci .
Wow what a dream build.
What would that cost?
These pull out trays are going to get soaking wet if it’s raining or snowing hard so I hope the sliders and the ball bearings are all stainless steel
Kooks of vanlife gold
❤❤PRECIOSA CSMPER, PRECIOSA, PEQUEÑA, MUY COMODA, PRACTICA, " 👏👍ME ENCANTO😍😍UUuufff UNA CHULADA 😍😍👏👏👍👎
Super
Would love this but on a ford Transit instead of a Sprinter
I'd love to see the dyno numbers for that increased performance from the snorkel 😂 Other than that, thats sick!
A dyno will not show any increased performance. That's not why people install snorkels.
@@RamblingsWithDan He literally says that the snorkel will show increased performance akin to a cold air intake in the video...hence my comment lol you just reworded my comment a replied to me with my same thoughts 😂
@@MidWestMTB I didn't hear anything like that in the video. He might have implied that it would as compared to dusty air clogging up your filter which is absolutely true. But that type of practical improvement will not show inside a stationary shop using a dyno. He just says it brings in cold air and keeps out dust. I didn't reword anything you said. I simply said a dyno will not show any improvement because the improvements only exist in practical use.
@@RamblingsWithDan 2:14 "so its gonna perform way better" 😂 the whole point of my comment is that it WILL NOT show increased performance on a dyno. You are also saying it will not show increased performance in a dyno...are you not? hahaha
@@MidWestMTB yes it will perform better. That is absolutely true. In various practical ways but you are assuming that it somehow means a power boost that will show in a dyno. Which is your false assumption and not what he is saying.
Those Zamp solar panels look like they’re framed with extruded aluminum picture frame
Where are the extra wheels stored?
I think it's just the one on the back door. Sprinters have an undercarriage mount for one wheel. It's usually repurposed for water tanks or batteries in these builds.
I think this video may show a clip of it being used for water.
👍
Great setup, almost perfect, the grey cabinetry should have been offset with other colors
With that setup are you able to sit upright in the bed, or are you too close to the roof?
I can in ours but my boyfriend can’t. it depends on how tall your bikes are and how tall you are
I would recommend a thin mattress. We use 2 mattress toppers ( one medium and one firm on bottom) bit.ly/Sleeponlatex this is the company we used
@@moandhannahtravelthanks 🙂
Please mention the whole price, one needs to make a van like this , i m interested
That one is over $250k. Maybe even $300k.
@@vandogtrailer6701
This seems about right based on my recent shopping experience.
OP, you can buy a 144" 4x4 Sprinter from Thor (non-custom) and add $20k of upgrades for $145k total to get close to what's shown in the video. It's a little small though.
The 170" wheelbase Sprinter in the video adds 40" of interior space (linear). This build uses most of that to enlarge the bed (likely to accommodate the bikes on the pullout tray) and upsizes the galley area, and the dining area up front to a lesser extent if at all. You can decide if that's worth the $100-150k premium over something you can drive off a dealer lot.
Personally, I'd rather have a smaller bed in the back and more hangout/dining area in the front. I can't imagine using the driver's seat as part of a small convertible bed is comfortable. Does a van need a mattress wider than a queen? That seems odd.
You need 2 Mo!
5:24 No need for gear storage….Mo and Hanna only wear a helmet. 😂
hahahaha
Dream car for me (
So, is that your new van upgrade? ;-)
SICK van! One day. Portland Oregon still allows entrepreneurship?
HAHAHA - love it.
As long as you’re out of The CHAZ.
you should buy the convertible version
Snorkels were originally put on ww2 jeeps so that they did swallow water from the bow wake So you misconception is actual the originating fact.
The clue is in the name isn’t it!! It’s also on the wrong way around. If it’s other use is for dust/dirt protection then the head should be facing towards the rear.
What’s the price, $175k?
How much does the van cost?
$250k
best to get into this type of living before you hit the age of 40 or it will be downhill after that age. LOL
Things probably worth as much as my house lol
Since Mo didn’t ask, it must be bad. I’ll ask….HOW MUCH DOES IT COST LIKE THAT?
A different version on their website that is a 2019 model was listed by them for $189,000 with 28,800 miles on it. OUCH!
Brand new that one is around $300k. Most folks don't understand what all they're looking at. They probably spent $40k on the upgraded suspension.
- and the price is...?
@@BoarderX That one is probably $300k. Might have $30-40k just in the suspension upgrades. They spared no expense.
Thanks VDT I wonder what their Legionnaire 144 build goes for.
Had to cut out early - I love my $1500 Ford Econoline with minimal upgrades. These fancy-pants builds are getting obnoxious IMO
Only way to make it worth the cost is if it was strictly for business, like going to bike festivals and selling widgets or YouTubing full time. Then it’s a write off.
@@ffarmchicken Do you know what a write off is? It’s just a deduction like any other deduction deduction so if you’re in the 30% tax bracket and the deduction is allowed because you don’t use your van for a pleasure more than two weeks out of the year then you’ll save 30%, But you’ll have to spread that 30% deduction out over several years.
but if you had the money, you'd buy one.. let's be real.
@@_Jake.From.Statefarm_ I do have the money - in my savings account, because I bought a cheap van lol. But yes, if I came into a bunch of money, I might be tempted.
@@crjmoto I mean I'd say the biggest coat is that they are modeled around the sprinter. As it's a premium build. They have other builders to do Dodge etc
Or you could just buy a vacation home in Moab for the price that van.
Or you could get something like this and drive anywhere in America
@@xXSPADEGG and park where?
@@fattie2550 anywhere !?
Why do you really need all that light? You're never gonna out drive your lights in a top-heavy van.
It's for lighting up every inch of pitch dark off road trails at night. Believe me I think it's all silly too, but that's what its for. Bet you 90% of the vehicles you see with huge off road lights don't use them.
All for show, even on tricked out Jeeps. Not necessary and is obnoxious
Thing is sweet but costs to much money probably.
‘Im downsizing’ buys $150,000 van (depreciating asset). ‘I am free" (until you are 40 without any savings and freaking out)
More like 300k
@@LianelJohnson Correct.
This world doesn't make any sense.
why they all want bikes, if you like go with bike then all the way bike..Plus why raise the car but not raise the differential ? its not help for the ground clearance...
shut up and take my money haha it's almost perfect
All this ADDED to a Mercedes is cool...BUT, no horsepower to start with and definitely none to find.
Great for when millionaires want to rough it
HOW MUCH FOR A RIG SET UP LIKE THIS, OVER $500 THOUSAND DOLLARS OR LESS?
😂😂😂 a lot
👍
