I work full time, have a family and a full time nursing student. I was so stressed out about my last test that I didn’t have time to study for. Listen to your videos on my way to and from work and did great on my test.

I can't thank you enough for all your videos and your detailed explanations. I do have a question on of your answers in regards to administering ear drops to adults. Your answer indicated that we pull the auricle down and back prior to instilling drops while I have always been told "to pull the earlobe up and back to straighten the ear canal." Am I missing something?
